This was our first time at The Waterfront Beach Resort, and will be our new go to when in the area. We were treated so kindly by everyone we came into contact with. Upon check in, we were upgraded to a suite for my husbands bday. What a treat! Comfy beds, inviting area. We were here in Dec a few weeks before Christmas and it was so pretty! Fun events for the kids (didn’t travel with ours this time) but they had Santa and the Grinch to take pics with. Good food at Cabo Wabo for both dinner one night and the weekend breakfast buffet one morning. Parking was a little pricey ($50 per night), that ended up adding a bit to our stay, but seems pretty normal in California. Steps from the beach and beautiful ocean view from the room. 5/5 stars for us!

The hot water for shower will suddenly turn cold, The tea bags u needs to ask for refill even I paid the tips in the room, but atmosphere is very good. For laundry u needs to go down all they way to other hotel otherwise u need to paid huge if u stay for a week.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt an overwhelming sense of warmth and welcome. The atmosphere was inviting, with soft lighting, comfortable seating, and a general ambiance that immediately put me at ease. Kristine at the front desk was especially friendly, greeting me with a genuine smile and a wealth of helpful information about the hotel and its amenities. She made the check-in process smooth and enjoyable, taking the time to ensure that all of my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable right from the start.

I stayed for 10 days. When I checked in late at night, the hotel didn't have a hot water dispenser, and there was no kettle in the room, so I asked the male staff at the front desk for hot water for coffee, and he kindly boiled it for me in the restaurant. A few days later, I bought instant noodles from the hotel's shop for a late-night snack and asked for hot water, but the elderly female staff at the front desk refused, saying it was only available until 10 pm, even though it was 9:55 pm. That same female staff member also refused to have my room cleaned when I requested it before going out, saying the cleaning staff were busy, and the room wasn't cleaned when I returned. (The room was only cleaned 3 times in 10 days, so I had to call every day to request fresh towels.) The housekeeping and restaurant staff were kind and friendly, and the pool was clean, but next time I'll stay at the Marriott Inn next door.

Wow! What a great place. Check in was pleasant and helpful; we arrived early (10a) so our room was ready. They held our luggage until we returned from Disneyland that evening. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was great and the staff outstanding, they worked hard and exhibited happiness. Grandkids loved the water slides and pool area. Staff there seemed bored but still helpful. All in all they have a great staff; HR be sure to take care of them! If we ever have the opportunity to revisit Anaheim, the Cambria will be on our list to stay at again.

Amazing hotel super clean and nice food is amazing love this hotel better than anyone in the town really recommend

位置靠海邊，但夾在兩條路中間，外出吃飯步行的話有點繞路。房間大，兩個電視，但設施偏舊，服務人員態度不錯。住了兩個晚上，整體感覺尚可。
