Eagles Rest is a newly renovated townhouse located in the heart of Teton Village, which is the home of the iconic Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This 3 bedroom, 2 and half bath home was renovated in the summer of 2021. Eagles Rest is a short walk or drive to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, the town of Jackson is only a 15-minute drive, or minutes away lies the Moose Wilson entrance to Grand Teton National Park. The property location provides convenient access to ski lifts, hiking trails, shopping, restaurants, and more. This home features a primary suite with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms include a queen-sized bed and two twin beds, respectively. This home will comfortably be able to accommodate your family or group of friends. With a very relaxing lower-level living room/kitchen and east-facing windows, which face Sleeping Indian Peak, you can sit next to the fireplace after a day of skiing, mountain biking, or hiking. The unit features a deck with a grill, a dining table for six, and a beautiful lawn. There is plenty of outdoor space to relax on the deck, enjoy the lawn area and take in the beautiful mountain views. With a one-car garage and two parking spaces in front of the garage, you will have plenty of space to store your gear and not worry about parking during your stay.Included in your stay is access to Sundance Tennis and Swim Club, which is an outdoor facility that opens at the end of November - early April and end of May - the end of September. Property: 5 bedrooms (1 king, 4 queen, 2 single air mattresses, and 1 queen air mattress with pumps), 5 full bathrooms, ½ bath located off kitchen, and ½ bath located off media room. 2. Rental Rules & Lease: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules and Lease contained in this document at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.7. The owner is not responsible for any accident, injury, or illness that occurs to those while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests and others whom they invite to use the premises are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises, this includes the hot tub.8. Guest is responsible to make sure the barbeque grill is not left on and is kept closed when not in use.9. Keep the property and all furnishings in good condition so the next guests can enjoy the same amenities.10. The house has off-street parking for up to 3 autos. Parking on the road in Teton Village is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.11. Four-wheel/AWD drive is strongly recommended during the winter months. We do not refund due to road or driveway conditions. The snowplows are scheduled to plow the roadway after 4” or more inches of snow unless it’s snowing hard and the plows can’t keep up. Decks and driveway will be cleared as needed.12. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included, daily cleaning service is not. I provide you with a start-up supply of soap, paper products, including hand and bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish and dishwasher soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, and an assortment of spices for the kitchen. Depending on the length of your stay & usage, you may need to replenish these by purchasing them at a local store. Any additional items to be provided by Guest. Never flush any Feminine products down the toilets.13. No refunds will be given for storms or adverse or unexpected weather conditions. No refunds will be given if you arrive later or depart earlier than expected.14. Absolutely NO swimming or wading in the wildlife ponds or stream.Hot Tub Rules1. Shower before each use2.
