The location is impeccable, right in the heart of the ASEAN Business District, with direct access to MixC Mall downstairs, offering a one-stop shop for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The subway is right next door, making it convenient to get anywhere. The butler, Jenna, provided attentive service, always accommodating our requests and quickly resolving any issues, ensuring I had an excellent stay at the Shangri-La Nanning. The service team, Helen, Wynn, Maddy, and Alice, were all wonderful. The room facilities are very new, and the 45-square-meter space is spacious and bright. The hairdryer and marble bathtub exude quality. Whether for a business trip or a family vacation, the high-rise views and first-class service perfectly meet all needs. The value for money is exceptional, and I will not hesitate to choose this place again on my next visit to Nanning."

However, it's precisely this sense of history that gives their management and service such depth. Their service consciousness is very strong; the room linens are all individually packaged, which instantly puts you at ease. The morning dim sum is both abundant and peaceful. At first, I only thought it was near Chaoyang Square, but it turns out to be very close to many attractions. After checking out, they stored my luggage for free. I had ordered too much dim sum in the morning and packed some to go; the staff even helped me store it in the refrigerator when I checked out, preventing any waste. After sightseeing, I returned to the hotel to pick up my luggage and packed food. All the staff members were very enthusiastic. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I come to Nanning, and I hope it continues to improve."

"The location is convenient, with a bus stop right outside and Metro Line 1 nearby, making it easy to get around to all parts of the city. My favorite place to go was MixC shopping mall. However, after a few days exploring Nanning, I found that staying in the old town area was even more convenient. A pleasant surprise was the abundance of e-scooters in Nanning, which made solo travel very easy. The hotel facilities are a bit dated. The floorboards are cracked, and the balcony door doesn't close properly. On New Year's Eve, it got quite windy, and it felt a bit like staying in Wuthering Heights. There was a disposable liner for the bathtub, but no bath salts. The laundry room had many washing machines, but they weren't very efficient. The wash-and-dry combo damaged my 'bird' jacket. It seems they prioritize quantity over quality. Take Hanting hotels, for example, they have three LG washer and dryer units that use low-temperature drying, which doesn't harm clothes and significantly reduces waiting times for guests. The hotel service was very good; the butler was attentive and followed up constantly, doing their best to meet guests' needs. However, the hotel's management style seems to focus too much on KPI assessments rather than genuine guest satisfaction. This leads to them being a bit pushy in trying to get 5-star reviews. Guests who can afford this price point likely won't be swayed by sob stories or small favors, given their discernment and financial standing. Overall, I still recommend it; it offers good value for money."

There are tons of restaurants downstairs, making dining, shopping, and getting around incredibly convenient. It significantly boosts efficiency when taking kids out. Upon check-in, we encountered a minor issue with our room. After contacting the front desk, a staff member promptly came up and resolved it perfectly. They even thoughtfully offered complimentary welcome fruit as an apology. The service recovery was impeccable, and we were thoroughly impressed. Objectively, the room decor is a bit dated, and the facilities show their age – that's probably the only drawback. However, the cleanliness and maintenance are well done. Considering the prime location and excellent service, it's a reliable choice for families traveling with children."

Check-in was quick, the facilities are excellent, and both the lobby and rooms are spacious and bright. The value for money is outstanding. It's a great place to eat, stay, and have fun. On the 52nd-floor rooftop, you can enjoy Western cuisine through a group deal while admiring Nanning's night view. The swimming pool is clean and bright, and the children's pool even has warm water, almost like a hot spring, so my kids didn't want to get out. I honestly feel it's a huge step up from the international brand hotel we stayed at on our first night in Nanning. Across the street is Nanhu Park, where you can stroll along the lakeside greenway in the evening and there are even amusement rides for kids. Staying at this hotel really elevated our entire Nanning and Chongzuo trip, leaving us happy and completely satisfied. If possible, I'd highly recommend staying for two nights or more. 120 thumbs up!"
