Just stayed at Swissôtel Nusantara, and my family and I had a wonderful experience! From check-in to check-out, the service was very professional and friendly. I would especially like to appreciate Mbak Teta and Mas Bregas, who were very helpful during our stay. They were not only friendly, but also responsive in meeting our every need with a smile and the best service. The hotel facilities are very complete, the rooms are comfortable with a modern design, and the food at the hotel restaurant is also delicious.
