أفضل فنادق 5-نجوم في البندقية

أفضل موقع! كانت الغرفة قديمة ولكنها كانت مريحة للغاية. لقد قمت بالقيادة إلى هنا وطلبت من الفندق ترتيب خدمة وقوف السيارات، والتقاط وتوصيل السيارة إلى موقف السيارات الخاص بالفندق. كانت الرحلة جيدة جدًا، لكن السعر كان غاليًا. عندما غادرت الفندق لم يوضح لي أن رسوم وقوف السيارات غير مشمولة في السعر 220 يورو! يتوجب على الضيوف أيضًا دفع ثمن قارب التاكسي للمغادرة. لقد شعرت بخيبة أمل قليلاً عندما غادرت. السعر الذي دفعته كان مرتفعًا جدًا، ولكنني شعرت أن الفندق حصل على صفقة جيدة... بالطبع، كل شيء في البندقية باهظ الثمن، ولكنني أشعر أن الفندق يمكن أن يقدم خدمة أفضل! هناك دائما مجال للتحسين! في المرة القادمة التي سأذهب فيها إلى البندقية، سأقوم بتغيير الفندق!

The hotel is beautiful and well-decorated, with an elegant blend of classic and modern styles. However, its location is a bit far from the main attractions. The highlight of the experience was undoubtedly the staff, who were extremely polite and attentive. Unfortunately, the Valentine’s Day dinner was a major disappointment. Despite having great potential to be a special night, it lacked planning and romance. There was no themed decoration, and the music selection was completely off, with Latin music playing instead of a romantic Italian soundtrack. The only saving grace of the evening was the menu—the food was simply delicious, and I am immensely grateful to the chef for that. Without his exceptional cuisine, the night would have been completely ruined. Another frustrating detail was the absence of live music, despite the presence of a piano in the hotel. Throughout the entire weekend, there was no performance, which was a shame, as small details like this could have made a big difference in the atmosphere. Overall, the hotel has its qualities, but the service feels more like a 4-star standard rather than a true 5-star experience.

Incredibly beautiful palace with historical feature, high ceiling, vintage furniture, breakfast patio. Really fell so special when you arrive there, especially by water taxi access. We could check in early and the staff was very kind. The standard room (queen) was a quite dark and small duplex but very comfortable and quite! A/C and fridge worked well!

Hotel offers the best Italian food quality in the world. Enjoying foods at St. Regis gave me the most unforgettable experience in my Italy journey.
