Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. No need to drive anywhere if you don't want to with a bus stop for the free city bus at the edge of the property. This bus will take you to the resort as well as downtown. Shopping and a great restaurant are easy walking distance and in the summer, the core path that runs by the river through town is nearby. The condo is a ground floor unit with one bedroom and one bathroom. There is a patio off the back that faces a grassy area with the hot tub in it. The condo itself is comfortably furnished with a king sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized pull out couch in the living room. The unit will accommodate 4 people but would be most comfortable for two. There is a full kitchen that is well outfitted for cooking and eating in if you like. Stay in our unique apartment with one of the absolute best view in the valley! Located on the west end of town near the James Brown Bridge. This property is on the Yampa River with private fishing 30 feet out your back door. Relax in the private hot tub after a day of skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, or snowmobiling with a clear view of Mt Werner. The private patio has a gas grill and furniture for relaxing. The unit has a southern exposure so even in the winter, the sunshine makes it very comfortable to relax outdoors. The oversized bedroom has 3 beds and can sleep 5. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen that sleeps 2. This property has a private entrance and off-street parking. If you are visiting Steamboat while working remotely or looking for a long-term rental and want to be in town to seize a property when it becomes available this property is for you. It is a 10 minute drive to the Meadows parking lot, and 15 minutes from your door to the gondola base area.
