My wife and I remodeled the home in 2019 and is a charming vacation get away. It has two bedrooms, one on each floor, 2 1/2 baths, large entry, dining area, living room, kitchen and beer on tap. The Spruce Nest is on a dead-end street. However, near the end of the street is a trail that follows Butcher Knife Creek and leads to a dog park several blocks away. Downtown is about a 10-minute walk, leading to many stores, restaurants, and the 'Yampa River. Strawberry Park Natural Hot Springs and access to Buffalo Pass is about a 15 to 20-minute drive. You'll love the location. Quiet and close to everything. We now have a 50-Amp Electric Vehicle car charging station for quick charging.Have a large group or another family that you would like to spend time with? We now offer the Aspen Grove, a short-term rental attached to the back of the Spruce Nest. It also sleeps 5, has two bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, kitchen, living and dining area and large deck.
