First stayed in 2018, and I liked it so much, that stayed here 2 nights, left for other city, and more 2 nights in December. Super quiet rooms, great staff, great breakfast. Convenient bus stop, then access to subway into town. About 20 min trip.

The room was clean, well laid out, and with comfortable beds. No interaction with staff. There is an elevator, but it is very small. One major drawback was that the Wi-Fi did not work at all! The other is that there is there is not much parking nearby.

As previous reviewer said, hotel was disappointing given the price we paid for an overnight stay. Didn’t include breakfast and was quite a distance from Nuremberg. It’s is however well placed for the Cristal palm beach complex. The apartment wasnt completely clean and could really do with a good dusting! Didn’t meet anyone running the hotel so felt rather distanced and unfriendly.

Wir haben das Hotel Kunstquartier als Zwischenstopp auf der Hin- und Rückfahrt in den Urlaub genutzt. Das Hotel liegt nicht von der Autobahn entfernt in Stein. Wir hatten als 4 köpfige Familie jeweils das Appartment. Die Zimmer und das ganze Hotel sind toll eingerichtet, mit ganz viel Holz, so wie auch auf den Fotos zu sehen. Das Frühstück war klasse, es hat nichts gefehlt. Für uns als E-Auto-Fahrer war es super, dass jeder Parkplatz eine Lademöglichkeit hat. Bitte beachten, der Parkplatz muss vorab reserviert werden. Einchecken kann man zu jeder Zeit, da man vorab einen Code zugesandt bekommt, mit dem man die Eingangstür öffnen kann und dort dann seine Zimmerkarten findet. Uns hat es super gefallen und wir werden bestimmt noch einmal wieder kommen.

Preis- Leistung passt überhaupt nicht. Zimmer total verschmutzt schon beim Bezug dieser - s. Fotos Keine tägliche Reinigung und Zimmer total kalt. Wir haben gefroren. Keine Verstellmöglichkeit der Raumtemperatur. Da müsste man zur Rezeption gehen. Diese ist aber von Mittag bis in der Früh nicht besetzt. Niemand da bei der Ankunft - für eventuelle Fragen. Teuer, aber null Service. Und immer die Ausrede mit Umweltschutz. Kein Service, hoher Preis. Gewinnmaximierung.
