For those traveling with friends, parent, children or an additional guest, we offer 2 folding twin beds with 5" mattress . (Must request additional beds during booking and allow us time to set it up) Guests with children, please be aware the property is on a cliff/hilltop. The property is not fenced. Guests are responsible for the safety and well-being of their children. Host is relieved of all responsibility. The room has a small kitchenette area has SS refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and toaster for your convenience. Please note this is NOT an apartment. It does not have a stove for cooking hot meals. We offer occasional snacks such as protein bars, popcorn, and/or oatmeal to get you through your first night. We include coffee/filters, tea, and creamer. We have excellent well water which you can obtain from the bathroom sink for drinking/coffee or bring your own. Guests are not required to wash their dishes. Host provides a tote for the dirty dishes. For guests staying long periods, we ask that you place them in the tote & leave them at the bottom of the stairs when you need them washed. We will return them ASAP. In the rear of the unit, there is a propane grill and a propane firepit for your evening enjoyment during Spring to early Fall. This is a rural mountain area and appropriate transportation is required especially during adverse weather. Guests assume full responsibility for the ability to navigate rural areas. We do try to keep the road plowed during winter but we do work full time so it may not be plowed until the evening. Please plan appropriately for adverse weather conditions.
