This house needs only 1 min drive to Kwik trip, Walgreens, and UPS. It is in a quite and peaceful community. Less than 2 mins drive to Wisconsin river. Fenced yard provided more privacy. A family bar in the basement provides fun and relaxing time. Note this is the entire left unit of this side by side duplex, offering a truly exclusive experience.
