地理位置很優越，就在中央火車站和汽車站邊上，到哪裡都很方便

整潔舒適，交通便利，早餐豐富

Surprised that there was no telephone in the room so that we could not order an early morning call for departure day. Also when we arrived we were given the option of having the room cleaned every two days or not at all. We thought that for a 4* hotel this should have been carried out daily as we have extensive experience of staying in hotels all around the world and this is the first one when daily cleaning was not an option. We asked for a breakfast bag for our early morning departure but the receptionist tried to suggest that we might as well have breakfast first at 6.00am until I explained that that would not work for us as we had a train to catch . We got the impression that he was being a bit lazy as he would have to organise it ! Would have preferred one quilt as opposed to the two individual ones provided , again for a double bed a bit odd especially as the two provided were not really big enough.Overall not really a 4* hotel in our opinion

Everything is very good, I enjoyed the stay there, very convenient and easy to shop around.
