Convenient location and pleasant staff but very disappointed with the overall food quality. Would not wish to revisit.

Basically my room was not up to standard, to didn’t work, poor pressure on the shower, dirty carpet and an uncomfortable bed. I have complained to the duty manager and she apologised and was happy to refund all costs to you as I didn’t book directly with the hotel. Room is nice and clean. Carpark is not free, charges £6. Breakfast is ok, has eggs, milk, bread, yoghurt, fruits, etc.

Wonderful one evening stay in the holiday inn Stoke. Greeted beautifully by Laura on reception, always smiling and helpful. Cannot praise the team enough each and everytime we stay! Room is excellent and heater provided within minutes upon request. Thanks again all, we will see you very soon ☺️

很方便清潔，適合一家大小，可惜停車場要另收費。早餐食物款式尚算多選擇，即場自己翻熱班戟，熱烘烘很好味。

衞生挺乾淨，房間大小可以，早餐也不錯

I love this hotel I’ve stayed in here a lot in the past when I’m seeing family very good and polite staff and welcoming I do recommend this to everyone

Check-in was long as people were paying for the car park. They gave us a room for 2 bit there was 3 of us. Told reception, and after 30 minutes, we were told to move rooms. Sleep was okay. AC/ heater didn't work, beds were okay bit hard. The shower had low water pressure, making showers a long time. The breakfast was awful, too many people not enough tables. Greasy, stale bread, pancake machine didn't work. Kept running out of everything.
