Premier Inn Stoke/Trentham Gardens

When I arrived at the restaurant I was standing for 7 minutes before I was noticed. They served others who came after I arrived. They finally sat me at the table, I am on meal deal and my employer paid for it. I ordered a tap water and a salad . It took 50 minutes for the girl who served me to noticed that I was still waiting not that she was attentive, she noticed because I called her, and I asked if the salad was going to take much longer and she said she would find out . Apparently they lost the ticket and I sat there for 50 minutes for nothing. I finally get a salad and no grilled chicken as I had no intention of staying there all night. Also the mug in the room was not clean and the toilet chemicals were left on top part of the toilet. I suggest you manage this hotel in a more effective way

Lovely premier plus room.. Excellent check in by will. Room was very good , plenty of sockets . Nespresso machine , Green and Blacks chocolate . Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast . Parking free and plenty of it . Close to shops and attractions.

Excellent rooms and conveniently located next to Trentham Gardens. Ideal for those wanting a relaxing walk enjoying the wildlife in the summer. Apparently there are beavers that can be seen. Not been lucky enough to see one yet. The staff are great and make your stay so much better. Shout out to Kirsty who is an absolute star and so customer focused. She really makes you feel welcome and important.

Clean, modern, comfortable room with a large walk in shower. We have 2 rooms, 1 with a double and 1 with twin for our adult children. We booked because it was 35 mins for alton towers. Free parking and meal deal was good. 2 course meal and breakfast buffet in the morning. I can't remember the price but think it was about 20% off. All the food was yummy.

The staff behind the bar a very helpful and friendly. The food was amazing for both breakfast and dinner. Charlie and kirsty were great at checking me in and taking my order at dinner. The rooms are much better after the refurbishment. I would highly recommended

Great please to stay new refurbished rooms very clean and tidy with everything you need. Great buffet breakfast with loads to choose from. Excellent evening meal with fantastic service. Friendly staff and very accommodating. I will definitely be stopping here again.
