Nice hotel, but the cleanliness of our room was very poor. It smelt and was so dirty we had to ensure we wore socks at all times, which we left with black from dirt. After having a shower, we had to ensure footwear was available or our feet became disgusting and dirty. The bathroom floor was appalling

Third time I've stayed at this travel lodge, very well looked after by Jac and Keith. Always a friendly reception, greeted with a lovely smile. Each time my requested special room is ready for me. No hesitation in recommending this Travel Lodge to others! Looking forward to my next visit on June 20th!!!

Overall me and my partner were very happy as we stayed for 3 nights and had a day out at Alton towers so the hotel was close to where we needed to go

Stayed here on our way to Alton Towers, and was ideally priced and located. Rooms were clean and met expectations and beds were comfy. A special shout to the receptionist who checked us in Sunday 1st June, (didn’t catch his name) he helped us with breakfast options, bearing in mind this travelogue doesn’t have a proper food service as it’s attached to the services. And told us to cut through the staff car parked (signed as no entry) to get to nearby town of Stone rather than rejoining M6, saving us best part of 30 minutes driving which was super handy as we had a toddler.

The bed was the most comfortable of any hotel we've stayed in, plus the surroundings were very peaceful, an ideal stay. In addition we repeated the experience two weeks later on our way home, altogether excellent. Jaci & her colleagues are the "dream team", friendly and ready to help with any problem.

Jackie, who happened to be working on the travelodge reception, was the most wonderful person to come across during an unexpectedly stressful night. She was incredibly kind, helped calm me down when I was crying my eyes out, and even got a blanket for my three year old son. The world needs more Jackies 💖

First time staying here but will be coming back again. Staff on arrival were very friendly and cheery. Room was very nice and the bed was so comfy.

Lovely stay. Jaqueline, Sherry and Kerry made us so welcome. Really helpful as we had gotten lost and had to get some directions afetr a couple of calls the staff were super patient too. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended. Thank you all. A+++

Great Travelodge for a One night stop over on way to our Daughters Graduation down South. Kelly the receptionist was very helpful with everything. Rooms were comfortable and clean and also very spacious. Would definitely recommend for people to stop.
