"Receptionist was lovely, polite and friendly. Easy booking in and parking was nearby. We were en route to a dog show. Room was very basic and quite dated. Bed was super comfortable and plenty of room for us and the travel dog crate. Powerful shower but the bathroom could do with a deep clean and an update/refresh as it was tired and dated. A Shame that there is only McDonalds on site for food.
Overall it was OK but I wouldn't stay there again. "

"Hotel has been recently upgraded with excellent bathrooms and newly refurnished bedrooms.
Never stayed in this part of U.K. - thriving street market /street food event once per month; sense of a ‘fight back’ and good on them.
Worth a visit"

"This place was nice. The room was a little out dated but it was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The wi-fi wasn’t the best and the tv was blocked from connecting to the wifi so no Netflix etc. The staff on reception were very friendly.
We didn’t take breakfast but we ate dinner in there restaurant, reasonably priced and some good meal options and deals, it was a bit loud as it’s also a bar."

"The staff was friendly and helpful the breakfast was good. The cleanliness of the room was excellent and had a good night sleep. The only minor complaint from myself is that they closed the bar early so was unable to have a quick pint 🙁. But would definitely use again if in the area."
