Clean & quiet
Lovely country pub with restaurant & rooms. Our room was a studio which was absolutely beautiful, wish we’d been able to stay longer to make better use of the facilities. Lovely & clean, spacious & quiet.

Good size room, great bathroom, all recently refurbished. Great service level and welcoming employees. Comfortable bed, quiet room, with heat pump (AC) for cooling the room. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Nice interior and beer garden. Ample parking. Slow WiFi.

Great country pub hotel stopover.
Lovely country pub hotel. Great condition, rooms clean and well stocked - tea and coffee maiking, home made shortbread biscuits in room. Well stocked bar with real ales etc, beer garden was lovely too. Food choices excellent, home made bread and beautifully presented tasty dishes. Breakfast generous cooked to order and a continental selection of fruit, cerals, pastries available too. Staff friendly and helpful. Ideally located about 10 mins from Junction 13 M5 down lovely country lanes.
Only isue was the mattress/ bed - foot of bed higher than teh head end due to mattress we think, made for an uncomfortable nights sleep, reported to staff in the morning so hopefully will get sorted.
Otherwise a great stop over.

Dont judge a book by it's cover! I pulled into the car parking thinking I was barely going to get an 'ok' stay but I was wrong!
My Room was in great condition, clean, GREAT shower, modern looking, LOADS of USB Ports and Sockets around the room, water and Shortbread, it was just what I needed after a long day.
One gripe, the Aircon was left on 25° heat, full blast and the room was boiling! Worse, the aircon didnt do cooling so I had to leave the door open to get some heat out.
Didnt have breakfast so cant comment on that!
