We had a fantastic stay in the hotel- the reception staff was very helpful and gave us an earlier than planned check-in. The location of the hotel is very central, and that makes it convenient to explore the city. Loved the historic touches they have retained throughout this property. Breakfast was also good, with made to order eggs. Overall a great choice to stay if you are in Stralsund

The hotel offers all what a discerning guest could wish for. Perfect location right in the old town. Authentic medieval flair - the lovingly renovated hotel is located in a complex of several hundred-year-old historical buildings that are connected to each other. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, with wooden ceilings and tea and coffee making facilities. In summer, the a la carte breakfast in the courtyard is definitely a highlight. The hotel offers very good coffee from the hotel's own roastery. There is a wellness area, a lounge, a restaurant and a roastery store. Upper stores are reachable by elevator. Easy on-line check-in. Attentive staff. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but cars can be parked in the public garage in front of the hotel.

Ultraconservative german newspaper "Tichys Einblick" for sale at reception desk. Not a comfortable situation for a foreigner. Please ban this stuff to be a bit more cosmopolitan. I was really shocked about this offer. Breakfast an Beer was ok.

Brilliant location, near the centre of the town and bridge across Rugia island too. Staff and service was at highest quality, the same with food. Rooms had huge space and they were very well furnitured. There arent any disadvantages of this place - maybe in future besides spa, there will be swimming pool. I will return to this hotel in future for sure. I recommend this place

We had a great stay at the hotel. Fantastic location in the beautiful city of Stralsund. the staff were all very nice and service orientated. We stayed here nine years ago and hopefully it will not take that long before we come back!

What a nice stay at this excellent Hotel. Service was top class and we all enjoyed our stay and will for sure come back. We needed some extra assistant and the staff did not hesitate to fulfill our requirements.
