Great location, like really could not have find better, walking distance from everywhere, beautiful building and they preserved the old features of the construction. A lot of restaurants around the area, there is cold water dispenser to take to your room. Would totally come back.

Convenient location, hotel felt new. Bed was comfortable and the check-in/out process was fuss free. Didn't try the breakfast at the hotel but restaurant looks good, quite a number of food and drinks options around the hotel as well. Decently sized room, within 5 mins walking distance to the tram station. Would recommend!

Conveniently located in the city centre and within walking distance of most attractions. The room was sizeable and comfortable for a couple, with enough room to open up two luggage bags on the floor. We were also pleasantly surprised with a goodie bag of local treats (chocolate, cookies and honey) in a reusable tote bag.

The hotel is located in the centre, the night's silence, the comfort of the room, cleaning, excellent breakfast. A mini-fridge in the room would be desirable, for the rest of the room well furnished and of good size.

The hotel was a wonderful experience. Everything was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the pillows allowed for a great nights sleep. The Spa experience was a brilliant way to relax after exploring the city.

The room facilities are a bit old, the elevator is very small, and it can accommodate 2 people and 2 boxes. The room is facing the street. The special surprise is that the room also has a balcony where you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the street view.

The location is good, less than 200 meters from the church. The rooms are small, which is a common problem in Europe and cannot be compared with Greater China. Finding a good time to book a room varies greatly from day to day.

It’s right in the middle of Strasbourg, close to everything. One room on level 6 is a bit small. Another in level 4 is a right size room. Breakfast run out of glasses for juice. The city had blocked for Christmas market which I didn’t get a car pass. I walked to Hôtel and my husband waited in a place which was not a parking spot but that’s given me time to sort out the situation. Recommended this hotel.

There are many stairs in the hotel, high and low, the wood outside the door is sounded by walking, the sound insulation, the equipment is very old, the only advantage is to see the church view, but the bell will be very three-dimensional, there is a stairway at the door of the hotel, and there is an elevator after the 2nd floor.

We really enjoyed our stay in Citadines Strasbourg, the location is fantastic - very centrally located, within walking distance to the nearest tram station. A small issue with the kitchen is that the stove kept flickering and switching off when cooking.
