Burnside Hotel

The food at this hotel is amazing.. Really nice rooms, friendly staff, comfortable bed and nothing is too much trouble...stayed for 2 nights and would happily go back again if in the area. Trivial matter that i didnt understand, a £10 parking fee??

Just had a 3 day stsy at Burnside Hotel. Had a lovely visit there. Cons It was further from the town center than we thought so we drove in Pros Only a couple of minutes walk to Ann Hathways Cottage The rooms were spotlessly clean with a lovely big shower. Excellent and friendly service. Couldn't fault it would book again if I am up this way.

We came on a Travelzoo deal for 2 nights and we were not disappointed. Lovely guest room, everything was quality. Looks recently renovated. Great breakfast, friendly staff. 10 mins by car into Stratford upon Avon. We will visit again. Keep up the good work.

Stylish hotel. We booked dinner, bed & breakfast. Complimentary pint, glass of wine or hot drink on arrival - nice touch. At dinner, it's only a £25 pp allowance, which covers some main courses. Bag of crisps - £2. Flat white - £5. But a pint of San Miguel is only £5.95. Pint of Peroni £6.30. We had noise in room 5 all night - some machine or other. At breakfast, we couldn't have cereal/pastries & cooked food without paying extra; filter coffee is free but a flat white is a fiver! I attach the breakfast menu. A friend we were with has allergies & the staff were clueless about the ingredients in the food. Bill incorrect on checking out.

Great quiet location just a 20 minutes walk from the town centre. The room was very nice - clean comfortable, spacious with a very comfy bed. Stopping only one night, we didn't eat in the hotel restaurant but we did eat at the adjacent Cask and Tandoor (run by the same family) and had one of the best Indian meals we have had for years. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend the Burnside Hotel and would have no hesitation staying here again.

The initial greeting was warm and welcoming. The standard of the hotel was great and their attention to detail was impressive. Great selection for breakfast and all cooked fresh. We would highly recommend and will stay there again if we are in the locality.
