Sempione Boutique Hotel

This is such a beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The team is so friendly and welcoming. The service was second to none! The hotel is pristine with lovely touches, including home made biscuits in our room when we arrived. Breakfast was very good with a good selection and the roof terrace is the perfect spot for a pre dinner drink. Don’t miss staying here if you’re in Stresa. It’s one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Huge thanks to the whole team for a truly memorable stay ❤️

This was one of the best hotels my husband and I have ever stayed in, small but an absolute gem. The rooms were beautiful, spotless and so comfortable. Everything from ferries to wonderful restaurants were just a few minutes away. The stars of this wonderful show however, were Daniela, Graziana and their lovely staff especially Sara and Marta. They were so helpful and could not do enough for us. Breakfast and evening aperitifs or nightcaps on the rooftop terrace, with its great views were also really special. Would never stay anywhere else in Stresa

You will not be sorry you booked here. The glowing reviews are genuine and true, Daniella, Sara and Marta were amazing. The hotel was amazing. It was the highlight of our trip. We booked a studio at the rear of the property because the lakefront view rooms were all booked. This turned out to be a major bonus. Firstly, we were hardly in our room but when we were it was a spacious sanctuary with all our needs met. Bed so very comfortable, airconditioning excellent, the kitchenette had everything we needed, the bathroom fabulous with separate toilet. Not to mention the private balcony and chairs out the front. It was so very very quiet. However, first thing in the morning if you opened the rear windows you could hear a local choir practising their singing in a nearby church. And because it's a boutique hotel, they are able to care for your every need and you don't feel like another number. I had a drink at the hotel terrace bar (mindblowing view of course) and had the whole place to myself! The snack menu looked delicious but I'd already eaten. BTW unlike other hotels where the photos are better than the rooms, the photos are a true representation of what you will experience We will definitely be coming back to stay and wish Daniela and the team the very very best. Thank you for looking after us so well.

What a fantastic hotel! Great location with lovely views of the lake, spotlessly clean throughout, very comfortable bedrooms with everything you need and a tasty and varied breakfast on the roof. However what made it really special was the staff. They could not have been kinder, more helpful, friendlier or gone out of their way more to make you feel comfortable and ensure you had everything you need. A very special place and we will definitely return!

Our stay at Sempione Boutique Hotel on Lake Maggiore was a delight! Daniela and Graziano welcomed us at breakfast like family- they quickly knew our names and coffee orders! Our junior suite had a lake view balcony, and breakfast and apertivos were served on their beautiful rooftop terrace. Sara and Daniela made some great restaurant recommendations, and arranged for taxis to take us to dinner. The public ferry is a 2 minute walk away. Sempione has it all- a beautiful location, great rooms, and an amazing staff. We will definitely return!

This is a perfect little hotel. The hotel is situated in the quiet end of town, but is just a 2-minute walk to the ferry and the start of the lakeside promenade. Just around the corner are lovely little alleys and piazzas leading to many charming shops and restaurants. (Our favourite Il Vicoletto was a 5 minute walk – reservations necessary). The hotel staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Our room was well laid out with a nice large bathroom. Our balcony, on the 2nd floor, had a lovely unobstructed view of the lake. The fifth floor terrace is open all day for guests to enjoy. Breakfast is served there in the mornings, and bar service is available in the evenings. It is a lovely quiet spot to sit and relax and soak in the beautiful view of Lake Maggiore and the mountains in the distance. We would highly recommend this hotel!
