The room was spotless. The bed was so comfy and cozy! The temperature was also good, especially as it was a warmer day. Staff were lovely and helpful! Couldn’t recommend it enough! It was also very easy to get to the city from the hotel. Not to mention it was a stones throw from the Trafford centre.

Recently stayed at this hotel and found it very clean and comfortable. The room was spotless. The staff were friendly and it was in a good location. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends. Also great value and close to shopping.

Spent two great night's. Family friendly great location. Accommodation was clean as wee all facilities used by us.Staff are very approachable and welcoming especially Ryan. Will definitely stay again when we travel to Manchester again.

After a long journey it was great to be greeted by Jane who was incredibly helpful, positive and made the start of my stay feel brilliant. My room was spacious, clean and well maintained (but a hairdryer would have been the cherry on top!) Would definitely come back again.

Having been booked in for a week of tests at Salford Royal I needed to find reasonably priced accommodation near by. Lots of choice but very mixed reviews especially for higher priced accommodation. So this was perfect with the distraction of the Trafford Centre from hospital investigations. Outside lacking welcome but inside large, clean room fully stocked with tea coffee etc. Bed very comfortable. When the member of staff, Aileen discovered I was unwell there was immediate help and support and she could not do enough for me. Extras such as iron available on request. Aileen runs a fabulous ship and all the staff were very warm, welcoming and helpful. Really excellent, clean, well priced accommodation in a great location. Large car park with The Barton Bridge in the distance which looked fantastic with the sunset behind it.

came over for the football stayed a couple of nights with my partner currently staying elsewhere in manchester for concert due to hotel being fully booked which is a shame as the hotel was spot on very impressed would stay again next time in manchester

While the bed was comfortable, there was a broken TV - reported and not fixed, ground floor room with windows when opened could have been accessible and a bottle of gunk juice under the bed. Noisy from road at night where cars seem to enjoy rapid speeding and revving engines

Very comfy room and worth the money. Better than I was expecting for the price I paid. Sharon on reception was very friendly when we checked in and explained everything clearly. Breakfast basic but totally adequate. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location for what we needed, Jane and duty manager very friendly and very informative for trams and buses. Rooms are clean and fit for purpose of what we needed. Thanks guys will stay again in future
