店長處理問題很死板。最終結果是，我付款了兩個人的費用，酒店衹提供了一個人的服務，一條浴巾，一個枕頭，一個被子。 體驗很差。 優點：房間很大，但是桌子很小。

Great room, poor parking Rooms are good. Parking is huge pain. We had no parking available. Had to spend an hour to find a parking away from the hotel. No clear communication about parking from hotel.

Good location near a Ubahn, grocery stores, and easy parking. Great to have freee use of washer and drier. Nice layout in the kitchen with cooking facilities.

Excellent 2 bedroom apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Laundry facilities is an added convenience. Parking is in a large open area two doors away. There is a supermarket across the road. Restaurants within walking distance are limited.

Excellent stay We stayed at an Executive Suite for a week and was very happy with it. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everything worked, including the AC. It is near a beautiful park and literally one minute away from a U-bahn train station that takes one to the town center in 10 minutes. We would like to express our gratitude to the efficient and incredibly helpful staff members who all speak perfect English. Special thanks go to the manager Prosic and the lovely Elvisa at front desk. You really made the stay perfect. We would gladly recommend this nice place to all visitors.

The "lobby" is located in the coffee shop downstairs, so you are at the mercy of the coffee shop being open. Which, the times fluctuate and certainly do not open at 8 am or close at 8 pm. We arrived at 3:45ish and the person in the coffee shop was just getting ready to place our key in the late check-in box since the coffee shop was closing soon. There is no front desk, dining venue, or tour & ticket information. The room was nicely soundproofed. It was clean and quite spacious. Everything seemed to work well. It was a great location to walk to the park and stroll through there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Aparthotel Cosy. The unit was exactly as pictured and spotlessly clean. Checking in at the coffee shop was a breeze and any requests were quickly responded to. The staff were more than helpful. Proximity to the Ubahn and a fresh market were perfect. I highly recommend Aparthotel Cosy for your visit to Stuttgart.

Great aparthotel with attention to small details. Very clean and easy to find. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The indoor slippers was a nice touch.

Check-in während Öffnungszeiten des Cafés betreut, ansonsten Self Check-in. Sehr grosszügiges und komfortables Appartement an sehr guter Lage, kann ich absolut weiterempfehlen!

Hébergement luxueux,acceuil chalereux et check in facile et rapide, réceptionniste très agréable et sympathique. L'appartement est parfait on peut trouver les parks à 5 min à pied et à 30 minutes de la gare centrale à pied aussi sinon 10 min transports en commun.

아주 깨끗하고 완벽한 숙소였습니다. 저희가족여행의 마지막 숙소로 최고였습니다. 시내중심가라 교통도 편리했습니다.
