Very pleasant stay at this hotel even if only for one night, the checkin was fast, the staff was nice and welcoming and everything was clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was well equipped. Only downside are the prices of parking and breakfast otherwise 100% satisfied

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk team was both professional and friendly. Room Quality: The room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed, with a comfortable king-size bed and plush linens. The modern amenities, such as the high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, were all in excellent working order. The view overlooking the city skyline was stunning, especially at night. Service: The staff truly made my stay memorable. They were always available to assist with a smile, whether it was helping with directions, arranging transportation, or accommodating special requests. Location: The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access popular attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. The check-in process was very simple, if you do it in advance, upon arrival at the hotel you just have to enter the PIN code at the entrance and in the machine in the lobby, scan our QR code, put a card on the reader and generate the access card. The facilities are modern and well maintained. The hotel is located 3 minutes from the train and metro station, from which you can get to the center in less than 10 minutes. My room was simple, but spacious, as was the bathroom. Everything was great.

Not too far from Maybachstrabe station, with the U6 directly to Stuttgart Airport and Messe. Very quiet surroundings with limited dining options. But very pleased to find a quaint Italian eatery just opposite the hotel, with reasonable prices and great food. Hotel is basic, clean, with decent breakfast. No towel hooks in the toilet.

The location is good and the breakfast room is beautiful. But I was not given the corner room I booked, only the standard room. The room I booked was twice as expensive, but I was only given a standard room with a very small area. Moreover, the front desk staff made the wrong room card three times in a row. The first time I couldn't get on the elevator, and the next two times I couldn't open the door. The service is very poor.

Cleaning time was told to be in the morning. If you miss the time, this service will not be available.
