"The room was adequate, but unfortunately, you could hear the neighbor snoring, the neighbor's alarm clock... Furthermore, between the floors there's a circular, open staircase that acts like a sound box; I'll let you imagine what it's like with a group of (French) retirees shouting in it—we could hear everything from my room. The staff was attentive, and the receptionist even spoke to me in French! Another negative point: the breakfast. The scrambled eggs and bacon were good, but as for the rest... Day-old bread, no cut fruit... In short, very disappointing and absolutely nothing like the photos on TripAdvisor."

Arha Villa de Suances - Antiguo Albatros

"This is a fairly simple hotel, yet the decor was quite appealing. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is situated on a quiet road within walking distance of a few restaurants and views over both of the beaches in Suances. There is good parking, a patio and a small swimming pool. We chose to eat at the hotel and we were so pleased we did. First off, it was tremendous value at 20€ each for a 3 course meal, bread, full bottle of wine and a large bottle of water. The food was also very nice and portions were very generous. For starters I had a huge plate of 3 different pate’s, all of which were very tasty. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his huge plate of local charcuterie, and his “surf and turf” type main course. Breakfast was good, although no hot food available. I adored the view from our room overlooking a field of cows and young calves. It was all very peaceful."

"Excellent attention. Easy hotel. But friendly treating. In the reception there is a brown girl with amazing blue eyes, which is the most friendly girl in the Cantabria hostel. Please raise her wage!!!! It is super friendly. The rooms for breakfast tb. It is a simple hotel but it's okay"

Apartamentos El Caserio

"We reserved a duplex for 4 people. It's all details to create a spectacular vintage and marine atmosphere, the lights, the decoration, the appliances, the LED strips on the back terraces. At night it seems like a story. The apartments are clean, new and well equipped. The reception staff were lovely..., the views of the crazy beach, impressive, as was the pool. The truth is that only good words come to mind, and I'm sure I forget some details. We will return for sure."
