The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not fancy but was adequate. The pool and hot tub were nice. We would definitely stay here again,

The breakfast consist of waffles. No bacon, egg or sausage. Coffee was lukewarm. Receptionist was friendly

A terrible place to stay, nice area, close to the highway, everything was old, not entirely clean, I don't know why ******* has hotels like this on the website to offer. I would never recommend this place.

We got locked out of our room at like 1am and none of our key cards worked. No one was in the office and the main enterence was locked. We called and eventually a staff member overheard my unhappiness in the hallway of not being able to get in our room and helped us. There were ants in the bathroom and weird little bugs in our bed. While i dont believe they were actual bed bugs as i snapped a picture and did some investigating bugs in the beds at all was an ick. Other than that everything was fine, quiet, friendly staff. I should have read previous reviews before booking the stay.

Disappointing The redeeming quality of this hotel was location and cleanliness. It took three calls to get the front desk person to not put me on hold, and even then what should have been a simple quick call regarding late check in was ridiculously long. When we arrived at 11:30, she was totally curt, unfriendly, and her communication was “give me your id, sign here” and she shoved me the keys. Our reservation was for a double queen for four people. Our room had three shower towels, one hand towel, and two wash cloths. Given our experience with the desk the night before, we didn’t even want to ask for towels! Beds were terrible. If all you need is a clean place to sleep, I guess it’s adequate?

My husband and my son stayed one night for an event in Salem. Upon check in, no one was at the front desk (8:30 PM) so they rang the bell. The lady who came out (no name tag) was belching loudly, which is quite unprofessional. When my husband presented the reservation number to her that had been made a WEEK before, she told him she had no rooms and that she had told ******* not to take reservations because "we lose money." After MUCH discussion, she rudely said. "Give me your ID". Again she said I have no rooms. So after another discussion about how he had reservations ahead of time and it was past our cancellation period, she kept saying "I don't know what to do" several times (like to herself) and then puts a paper on the counter and says "sign this" but instead of a pen she puts a pair of scissors on the counter. Of course, he asks her how am I supposed to sign it with these? She literally just stares at him for about 5 seconds and then hands him a pen. (The whole time her speech is barely legible.) Then she takes a sheet of paper and tears it in half and hands that to him. It had the hotel logo on it with a room number. (Looked like she took someone else's reservation and removed the personal information) Mind you, there were 2 major events happening in a nearby town but this hotels management needs some serious improvement! By the way, breakfast was a JOKE.
