"Very satisfied with the service and environment of this hotel. The room is clean, tidy, warm and comfortable. The front desk has a warm attitude and proactively provides help. The front desk also upgraded the room type. I slept very well, it was quite quiet, the service was very good, the decoration of the room was very new, and the experience was great. The hotel bed was very comfortable. I only stayed for one day, but it was still very good. If I come back next time, I will definitely choose this hotel again and I am satisfied."

"The complimentary drinks were nice, but the front desk tried to register you as a member by default, saying they'd ask for your phone number but then sent a verification code to register, which was annoying. The room wasn't very big, and there was a slightly stale smell when I first entered. Cleanliness was okay overall, except the remote control was a bit sticky. The hotel's soundproofing was terrible! I could clearly hear snoring from the next room. Breakfast was so-so, just passable. Otherwise, it was alright, nothing special."
