"It was located right beside the road. It was too noisy with the constant bike speeding up and down. And there's some animal running around in the false ceiling. We could not have a good rest before waking up early for mt bromo. However, the cafe here sit inside a forest was very peaceful and nice. The coffee is one of the best in this trip. "

It can be said to be a scam in the 🇮🇩Bromo itinerary in Indonesia!
Let me be frank!
❌ Hygiene:
1. One of the bath towels in the room was covered with volcanic ash, with no signs of cleaning!
2. After playing in the volcano, we returned to the hotel for a buffet breakfast at around 10:00! Disaster! The level of the buffet breakfast is far behind the domestic All Seasons and Atour at the same price.
- There are very few types of buffet food
- There are big flies biting all over the watermelon and cantaloupe, flying around!
- As soon as the lid of the toast box was opened, a sour smell and a large number of small flying insects flew out! I pointed it out on the spot and asked the service staff to change it, for fear that people with poor stomachs would eat it by mistake!
- No refills for meals, buffet ends at 11 o'clock, many diners come to eat at 9:30-10:00, and small portions of meals are not refilled
❌Facilities:
1. The hotel does not provide hair dryers
2. The hotel does not provide disposable combs
3. The hotel bathroom is not separated into dry and wet areas
4. There are no cabinets inside the hotel for clothes
5. The hot water system in the bathroom will run out of hot water after the first person takes a shower, or it will take a long time. Anyway, I took an ice bath at 22:00!
6. There is no phone in the hotel room. If there is any problem, it is impossible to communicate and solve it quickly with the hotel because we do not have whatsapp and foreign phone numbers
❌Soundproofing:
1. If someone walks by the stairs at night, the footsteps can be clearly heard in the room.
❌Safety:
People who have not checked in can enter and exit the hotel at will without restrictions🚫

Aandychen7788First of all, the location of this B&B is a bit far from Mount Bromo. It is not in Cemorolawang next to Mount Bromo. If you are a group of people, this is a good place. You can only ask the front desk to book a taxi or motorcycle for transportation. Other things are OK, but it is on the side of the road. Villas are being built during the day, and it is noisy at night. The environment is good, and it is OK to stay for 1-2 days. By the way, the front desk service is good. They also helped to book train tickets!

AAnonymous User就是火山小村裡的一間民宿，參考農村自建二層房標準就行。自行辦理入住，適合I人。設施一般，屬於是可以湊合睡幾個小時的程度，不過床還是非常舒服的。 民宿外的環境非常安逸，一切都非常的慢生活，走幾步路爬上一個小坡就能看到 bromo 全景。如果是需要凌晨去爬 bromo 的，整體還是推薦入住的。

SStefan CampbellThis was a nice place to stay but it should be made clear that this hotel is BEYOND the National park checkpoint and not before it, therefore the fee is payable as you arrive. We only visited the Bromo viewpoint, not the crater, so shouldn’t have had to pay the National park fee, but because this hotel is beyond the check point, it means you have to, so hotel should only really be used if plan to go to the crater but for someone who only plans to go to the viewpoint for sunrise, it is not the best location for this due to the National park fee. But other than this, the lodge was clean and had a restaurant and was relatively easy to navigate to the viewpoint from here

SsolezEnvironment: Located on the mountainside of BROMO, very beautiful! My sister said it was like a scene from Harry Potter, quiet but safe! It only takes half an hour to get to the top of the mountain for sunrise without traffic jams, but you need to prepare for 3 hours to set off because there will be traffic jams.
Service: Super good! The first time I enjoyed AFTERNOON DESSERT, it was the kind that could be full, so real! But be careful, they are all Indonesian specialties, so friends who are not used to it should avoid thunder.
Transportation: Basically, the road to the hotel is smooth, and it takes less than 3 hours to get to the central area of Surabaya. It takes 2 hours from the hotel to Surabaya JUNADA Airport.
Hygiene: Very old, the quilt is damp and musty! 😫😫😫 I don’t know if it has something to do with the rainy season. . .

GGuest UserThey actually provide toothbrushes and toothpaste although the booking says they don’t. A great location to go up Mount bromo. The rooms aren’t that clean though; there are little bugs and mold on some of the corners but it isn’t a big deal.

YYouliI think this hotel is pretty good overall. It is the closest to the observation deck in the volcanic village. There is also an observation deck where you can see Bromo. We stayed for two nights. We went to Kingkong Hill on the first day and watched the sunrise from the hotel observation deck in the early morning of the second day. The pictures were all taken at the hotel. The hotel conditions are average, which is about what I expected. However, similar accommodations near scenic spots in non-affluent areas are basically like this. For example, I have been to the hot spring town under Machu Picchu and Lenghu on the Qinghai-Gansu loop. If you want to get up later and it is more convenient, don't worry too much about hygiene. If you really mind, you should live farther away and get up earlier.
