I would like to recommend Sawela Lodge to everyone one planning a trip at Naivasha. It is a small haven at the views of Lake Naivasha. Natural grass carpeted grounds are catch your eyes. Food, friendly staff, comfortable and clean accommodation on another level.

During my stay with my family at Sawela Lodges, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of service offered. From the moment I arrived, the staff demonstrated warm hospitality, professionalism, and a genuine desire to make every guest feel welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and every member of the team was attentive and courteous throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared, with all amenities functioning perfectly. Housekeeping maintained high standards, ensuring comfort and cleanliness without being intrusive. The dining experience was another highlight—delicious meals served promptly, with a good variety of local and international dishes, and the restaurant staff were always ready to accommodate special requests. I particularly appreciated the recreational amenities, including the serene pool area, well-maintained gardens, and the availability of fun outdoor activities. The lodge’s peaceful atmosphere, paired with responsive service, made it an ideal place to relax and unwind. Overall, I would confidently rate the services at Sawela Lodges a solid 5 out of 5. It’s a place I would gladly return to and recommend to anyone seeking a blend of nature, comfort, and excellent hospitality. High quality of services I've ever experienced. Clean and beautiful view which amazed my eyes. Peaceful environment for relaxation. The hotel is as a large in area nearly Egerton university. The furniture oh how I wish I would sit and sleep on those comfortable-looking chairs.

"A Pleasant Short Stay" Overall: 4 out of 5 stars My recent stay at Sawela Lodges was mostly enjoyable, and I would consider returning. The hotel offers a good balance of comfort, convenience, and value for its 4-star rating. Pros: * Good location: The hotel proximity from Nakuru where I came from is convenient compared to other 4 star hotels making it more preferred. *Friendly staffs: Despite of the impromptu visit, the manager and the deputy manager left there busy schedule to attend and talk to us. The staffs from the reception were also friendly. *Good environment: The hotel's environment shouts just nature. It is cool and quite good for family and business affairs. *Clean conference room: The hotel has clean conference rooms where we held the meeting and I will highly recommend it to other people. *Good wifi connection: The hotel offers free wi-fi connection to its customers and it's reliable. *Dining area:The lodge has a spacious dining room with neatly set tables. *Interior decor:The interior decor of the hotel is modern with a good mixture of colours. *Gymnastics center:The lodge has a well equipped gymnastic center with a qualified training personnel. *Team building space: The lodge has a wide spacious area for team buildings and events like wedding, birthday party among others Weaknesses. I observed no weaknesses as the stay was short. The hotel offers a solid 4 star experience with friendly staffs,good wifi connection and clean and comfortable conference room,good gymnastics center, spacious area for team building and events. My name is Joy Gatwiri a N14/03597/23 student in Egerton university njoro main cumpus who has visited a SAWELA restaurant The restaurant is located at Naivasha.Naivasha is a very cool place .We visited with our lecturer Mr Mutai and my fellow comrade's We reached in time where we were welcomed warmly by the Manager and the vice manager. He gave us the preview of the place where we visited the Gyme. conference rooms the swimming pools.i was glad to be part of the restaurant and I wish to have a visit one day. Without forgetting,he gave us a review of how we will get the attachment part. I wish to be part of the SAWELA restoration as an employee where I will be exercising what I have learnt..
