Welcome to our cozy chalet! Sleeps 4, located within the gated Tiger Run community, just 4 miles from downtown Breckenridge and ski lifts. Our 600 sq. ft. chalet is a small, yet quaint getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city! Upon arrival you will find 2 parking spaces in our private driveway. Enter into the Colorado room and find coat racks and baskets to store your gear. When you step further inside, you will find an expandable table, perfect for meals or family game nights and a coffee bar with a keurig coffee maker. Additional Mr. Coffee maker in kitchen. In the main cabin, you enter into the living room with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, two swivel/glider chairs, big screen TV and an electric "fireplace" heater to warm you on cold nights. A small, yet well stocked kitchen leads you to the bedroom with a queen size bed, closet and built in dresser drawers. The small bathroom is off the kitchen with shower. Step out the back door and view the mountains and open space. The deck with BBQ, picnic table and rocking chairs has ample seating to sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Just down the steps is a cozy fire pit area, perfect for roasting marshmallows or hot dogs! From here, you are steps away from the beautiful, flowing Blue River. Enjoy the Clubhouse amenities-indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, game/arcade room, fitness room, reading room, showers and laundry room with machines that take coins or credit cards. Outside are tennis courts, sand volley ball court, basketball area and a playground. This is our family getaway-enjoy the games, cards, DVDs, books available in our chalet! Linens and towels are provided, as well as iron, ironing board, and hair dryer. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment, salt, pepper, and utensils, dishes for preparing meals or snacks. Chalet loft, not included in rental agreement. Guests may not use the loft.
