Bad customer service experienced ever. Booked thru Trip. However, get directed to other Apps for deposit and booking confirmation. Seems like this place only targeting local and not international tourists friendly. It’s been quite a hassle to deal with them for the deposit payment since they only accept Indonesian bank account for both payment and refund. Mentioned to them that I don’t have Indonesian bank account and they insist that I should have one. Their customer service is worst. Keep repeating the same thing for more than a week and nothing resolved from their end. They keep repeating the same thing and keep blaming the customer. It’s tough to get the actual human on their customer service line. Will not stay at the premise manage by them again.
