Fast friendly service, breakfast options was great and cooked breakfast superb. Only thing that let hotel down was needing a general update in rooms (TV's / shower hanging off wall) otherwise would of given five stars. Car park easily found and cheap, but be aware it is very narrow.

Our hotel of choice for Twickenham events - 10 minutes train ride. Always a warm welcome combined with spotless cleanliness, excellent service, great food and comfortable rooms - what is not to like? Nothing it’s a great hotel with staff who are friendly and welcoming. Thankyou for another great day.

Good location for west London, easy to get to, car park ramps very tight if you have a bigger car. 2 of our group paid for early check in only to be told there weren't any rooms and early check in was only available if there were rooms free.... So bit of a con there. Air conditioning was a bit rubbish (19° was lowest) but we did find a note saying staff could reset it, we had just put bags on note was all. Apart from that a decent premier inn, clean, quiet, the usual good pub grub food.

Basic hotel but serves its purpose as a good location and clean. Parking is very tight and if you have a larger car you may find this particularly tricky parking here. Food was ok and staff were very helpful and always on hand. Room was ok and clean. Basic amenities, bathroom could have done with being updated but in all shower was good and it was clean.

Good food. Jean was super helpful and attentive. Food was bangin went for the steak and ale pie . Would eat here again man it was sick. Hotel is good location for Thorpe park and is a nice pub nearby. Drinks were nice. Lasagne was fire af, not as good as old hall in howarth like but spot on for a premier inn. Wonderful service. Beds are comfy

Excellent hotel, very comfortable staff very hospitable. Was greeted at breakfast by the lovely Trisha who was amazing happy attentive member of staff who is a credit to the premier team. Showed us the layout at breakfast and made sure we weee happy with everything. Hotel clean as was the room. Amazing nights sleep with no noise

Very clean and comfortable hotel, excellent value for money. Staff unfailingly welcoming and efficient. Excellent value pre-booked breakfast. Being right on the end of the M3 was good for us travelling up from the southwest. The only small issue was the limited space in the twin room, I was sharing with a colleague, which meant the beds were too close together. The whole place was immaculately clean and I would not hesitate to stay there again if the need arose.

Great location to stay, warm welcome, comfortable clean room but the car park is a nightmare, twists and turns are too tight, and many cars must have hit the walls looking at the scrapes, low staffing levels on raceday needs working on, and only one lift working didn't help
