"Hotel Raum staff were very polite and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean , the bed was comfortable , and it had great amenities including an LG styler to refresh your clothes. The hotel is really well located - very close to the train station and the botanical gardens. The only blemish was that the included breakfast , which is provided by the "Twosome Place " franchise within the hotel , only offers a sandwich and a coffee as part of their offering. No complaints about the quantity , irs more that this narrow choice didn't carer to our dietary needs eg gluten free and dairy free options ( even for the coffee). It would be great if a wider range of options were available"

"Huge room and very clean interior. It gives off a luxurious vibe and is very close to a bus stop. The only issue I had was that the bed was a little too hard for my liking. I would choose this hotel again the next time I visit Suncheon."

"It was kind and the room was clean and they did a good job of cleaning it even though it was a long stay. The bathroom sink was shaking so it was a bit dangerous and there was a problem with the water leaking, but it was fine for the shower."

"Even though it's right next to the station, it was quiet, clean, and the staff were friendly. There was no breakfast included, but they provided simple items to eat, which was great to fill up before checking out. If you're a light sleeper, the refrigerator in the room can be quite loud. We had trouble sleeping for a bit because of the fridge noise (ended up unplugging it). Other than that, we had a pleasant stay from check-in to check-out."
