If you are looking for an authentic cabin experience, this is it! It's less than 1 mile from Sundance Resort, and it's so cozy. There are two bedrooms on the main level, and 2 bedrooms on the 3rd level. The cabin features plenty of couches and beds to sleep 20+ guests. With 3.5 bathrooms, there is enough for one to always be available. We have a little hill next to the cabin that is fun for kids to sled on in the winter, and there's plenty of hiking to do year round, too! The studio downstairs is also available for rent if you wanted extra room.The high ceilings are complemented by the floor-to-ceiling windows that provide a view of the outdoors. Bright living room features plenty of seating space to enjoy a game night around the remote controlled fireplace. Flat screen TV offers cable and Netflix as well as other streaming platforms. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, range oven, coffee and tea, blender, toaster and more! Dining table seats 6 people and the kitchen island has 4 counter stools. 4 bedrooms with one king-size bed, one queen bed, 2 full beds and one twin bed with luxury linens. This is one of the finest homes in the Sundance Resort area. It is located less than one mile from the ski lifts, thus making it very accessible to the activities of the resort, yet far enough away to give you the privacy and quietness one would expect in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Truly, a place to build memories. We just added Central A/C as this summer has been super hot everywhere, but not in the Home.We are located just minutes away from the Provo river, known for its great brown trout fishing. Park City is a fun town just a short 25 minute drive where you can find more skiing, the alpine slide (summer), hiking, biking, golfing, and great restaurants. Outlet stores there are open year round. This was home for the 2002 Olympic ski jumping the luge events. Wasatch State Park located just minutes from Heber City is beautiful in summer and has gorgeous golf courses, it also is a great place to go snowmobiling in the winter. The middle level, accessed from the stairs, is the main living room with the full kitchen and laundry and half bath, and access to the large deck with hot tub access and outdoor dining. The upper loft is accessed by additional stairs, and features the other queen bed. This is also where the additional queen air mattress can be used as well (totaling 3 queen sized beds). Must be able to comfortably climb stairs. This is a 3 level A-Frame, as well as stairs to access the front door.
