This was our 1st time visiting this hotel...we had a pool view in block B ....As it was our Anniversary....my beautiful friend told the hotel....and upon arrival we had 2 beautiful swans (made out of towels) with roses 🌹 on the bed...a bottle of wine....chocolates ...a lovely touch...so thank you 2 my friend for organising this and a big thank you 2 the hotel for their kindness really appreciated. The food I was not 2 keen on...but they have a Indian restaurant and to b honest the food there was really good... as were the hotdogs at the burger bar .....we also ate out...try route 66 the food is outstanding 👌 😋. Rooms are spotless and the staff work extremely hard....Peter who is one of the guys who comes round and asks u how your holiday is,and is there anything he can help you with.....can I b honest...this man is the most helpful member of staff.....also works extremely hard....so if you get the pleasure of seeing Peter ...you know your in good hands. The bar area is constantly being cleaned.....as is the restaurant...spotless hotel . All in all we had a great holiday Would I return......well never say never....but there's a big world out there which id love 2 explore....but 2 all at the hotel THANK YOU 🌹❤️

Papi honestly made our whole holiday. He's such a vibe - full of energy, kind, and just a really good soul. His yoga sessions were so calming, water gym was fun, and every activity he ran had such a great vibe because of him. One of my absolute favorite moments was when he played his flute for us in the lobby - it was so beautiful and unique, like nothing else we've experienced. You can just tell he puts his whole heart into everything he does. We did loads with him - boccia and shooting - and every time he made it fun and memorable. And of course you can't help but be happy when you hear him say "good evening ladies and gentlemen" as he introduces this night's animation show. He also helped us whenever we needed anything and even showed us parts of Bulgaria we wouldn't have seen otherwise. But what really made it special is the connection we had with him. He's become friend to us — we bonded with him in a way we never have with anyone else on a trip. Such a rare, genuine person. We'd come back in a heartbeat, and a huge part of that is thanks to Papi.

Here currently at the beach bar at the Melia. Excellent service from Tigran and the team serving drinks and ice-cream. The staff are all super efficient to make this hotel a brilliant experience. One more week to go but loving the Melia so far.

Just returned after a 3 week stay and would recommend this hotel for a family holiday The staff are all pleasant and friendly and work hard to keep guests satisfied especially Peter and Matteus who were visibly present and approachable seeking feedback from guests.. The dinning rooms and outside areas are kept clean with staff constantly clearing tables and sweeping the floors etc. There is a good selection of dining options throughout the day and of s good quality. Requests from housekeeping for extra pillows etc where acted on promptly. Beach area was of a good size with plenty of sun beds and space for children to dig. The snack bar and toilets were ideal and meant you could stay for the day without returning to the hotel for lunch and negated the short walk. All in all we felt that this hotel was excellent and value for money an ideal for a family beach holiday. .

Two weeks ago, we stayed at this hotel for 7 days all-inclusive accommodation deal. We have been permanent and constant guests at the hotel for the past 12 years and visit it every year. We must mention the hotel positively from the moment of arrival, receiving the room, large and spacious, clean and equipped, a balcony and a lovely view. The meals with varied and delicious menus, plenty of different types every day and large quantities. A large and efficient team of waiters, courteous and responsive to every request. In conclusion, many thanks to the hotel reception staff who help with every request and question, and especially to Ms. Maria, the person in charge, who has accompanied us throughout the years with professionalism, a smile, and a bright face.

Went to Melia Sunny Beach on 9/6/2025 stayed in room 1402. We had a fantastic time hotel was lovely and so very clean , the food was lovely in the restaurants something for everyone, must give a mention for the Indian restaurant which was my favourite . The staff are second to none a credit to the hotel so very friendly loved the place. Rooms were looked after very well as we only asked maid for towels as we were never in room to mess it up there is no kettle in the room but just outside door was coffee and hot chocolate machine which was so handy and excellent thank you Melia Sunny Beach for a lovely stay

Positives Family rooms are huge. Showers very powerful. Entertainment during the day was excellent and varied. Bar staff, cleaners, snck bar and reception staff were fantastic. Neutrals Evening entertainment uninspiring for both kids and adults. Negatives The food was terrible. Same slop every day. Where were the 'theme' days offering different foods? Such a let down for an alleged 4* hotel.
