Trato del staff horrible, para nada un hotel 5* Habitacion amplia y con vistas preciosas de la playa. Piscina de un tamaño decente y cerca de la playa. Eso es todo lo bueno que podemos decir del sitio. Trato del staff horrible, el buffet estaba bueno pero el primer dia casi ni cenamos porque les dio por ponerse a recoger casi media hora antes de la hora prevista de fin. Nos sentimos agobiados en todo momento para cenar como patos. A pesar de pagar ampliamente por la habitacion. Las tumbonas balinesas y otras de color rojo no estan incluidas en el precio. Tienes que irte a otras que estan incluidad en la habitacion donde practicamente no hay ni espacio. En el desayuno si te descuidas te retiran el plato mientras comes. El staff no habla casi nada de ingles y la estacion que hace comida a la plancha fue incapaz de hacerle una tortilla simple a mi mujer embarazada. A la salida, dijimos que no usamos nada del minibar y nos dijeron que mandaban a alguien a corroborar si era verdad lo que deciamos (nos dijeron eso a nuestra cara). Para flipar, para nada una experiencia 5*, el staff no vale ni para una pension. Tampoco hay nada en el resort, en el de al lado tenian musica en directo etc. En el nuestro solo karaoke 1 vez a la semana!!! No coincidio con nuestra visita. Hay opciones mejores y mas baratas cerca. Nada recomendable!!

The location is perfect, the grounds are beautifully landscaped. The food is great and the staff is friendly. The cleaning crew could be more attentive to details, for example wash the cups that have been used and make sure there is a vanity kit in the bathroom. Overall, a great experience!

Here last October and back again - returning to a hotel is a first for us in over 40 years. Hotel is elegantly built, sea view rooms large although as others point out getting in and out of bath/shower can be a challenge. Food is buffet with an amazing selection, particularly breakfast. It is about 2km from the centre, so quiet. As in our 80s we often take the bus opposite the sister hotel one way. It's £1 to centre or £1.5 to Nessebar. Plenty of sunbeds on beach and around pool. We do miss how well towels and beds were managed last time (if a bit strict 😊). The beach is wide and as we seem to be in a lagoon usually very calm.

das Hotel verdient höchstes Lob, es ist einfach nur sagenhaft. Es gibt Nichts, aber auch gar Nichts zu bemängeln. wir hatten einen total schönen Aufenthalt dort und jeder Wunsch wurde uns von den Augen abgelesen und erfüllt. Auch, wenn es ein Snack nachts um 01.00h war. Ich kann und werde das Hotel jedem empfehlen, der wert auf Kompfort und Ruhe legt.

1st time in Sunny Beach. Selected this hotel because of previous reviews and we were not disappointed. Half board. Great selection for both breakfast and dinner. Room was immaculate. View from balcony is exactly as pictured on hotel site. No outside noise at night. Pool was usually quiet and no music ( if thats what you like) and had a gentleman who was a lifeguard also. Gave great comfort as we have a 10year old. Space between sunbeds and pool towel provided. Never had a problem getting sunbed irrespect of the time of day. Free beds on the beach. we spent most of our time at the pool. A special mention to the animation team of Tsetso, Tsanko, Dima, Rona, Sonya & Delisiya....they did an amazing job. My son was reluctant to go to the kids club the first day, however, after meeting Delisiya, he requested that we were back in time to go to the club as he didn't want to miss it... Overall, we all loved it so much we have booked for this year again, The first time we have stayed and travelled to the same place twice!!
