Smartline Meridian Hotel

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEl !! The hotel is dated, dirty and staff very ignorant & rude. The rooms are not cleaned properly beds only changed once in 11 days. Bathroom had a horrible smell. The food is disgusting!! Barely warm congealed food sat for hours. Waiters very unfriendly snatch plates away before you have finished. We went all inclusive which was a joke as downstairs restaurant shut after a couple of days. Long bar in not all inclusive the only place to get a drink was the 11fh floor restaurant but only when they were open and in plastic cups. Sunbeds dirty and pool freezing. Had to pay for gym 15 lev for a bike and weight bench in a tiny room. I felt sorry for Jet 2 rep as everyone was complaining. Avoid this hotel

The resturant at Meridian hotel had excellent choice of food every night room was clean and on my husband birthday Meridian hotel reserved a table at the hotel resturant with champagne and a cake with a sparkler in it The staff at reception and restaurant bar were very nice and friendly

We had a brilliant time at this hotel! There was plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The views from the 11th floor restaurant were magnificent. The staff were also great, the twin girls in the restaurant were hilarious! It was my wife’s birthday during our stay and they gave us an unforgettable evening surprise with bubbles, a cake with a spectacular candle! We were in a nice area away from the hustle and bustle of the main ***** and opposite a great bar (garden) which had a fab in house band and tribute acts…abba and Freddie Mercury! The staff there were great too and couldn’t do enough for us. There is lots to do close by (5 mins walk from Kiki beach) and a bus stop to the beautiful town of Nesebar. Would highly recommended this hotel and area.

Extremely rude staff. all inclusive drinks and food were very poor. No room clean within the week I was there. Restaurant manager arrogant. Entertainment team were diabolical. I have been here previously and had a great time. After this experience I will never go back to this hotel

Wr are currently here.... felt I had to write this review as there are so many bad reviews. This hotel is spotlessly clean rooms are big and again spotless. We are fortunate enough to have a room that does not have a leaky bathroom but all in seriousness why moan about it use the towels to mop the floor after yourself! Then report to reception. Food is what you expect from all inc I don't care how fussy you are there's always something to eat there's always pizza chips fresh meats and cheese if your overly fussy other than that stop moaning about the food and take urself out to eat its so cheap or just don't do all inc. This hotel is situated right in the middle of everything and is a great base the staff we have encountered have been lovely especially sisi on the bar. There is a language barrier but again speak slowly and the eventually understand you but we have not had a rude member of staff as many reviews state. My only complaint is the sunbeds are filthy and should be washed every evening or morning they are not hygienic at all but that is all I have to moan about. Do not be put of by bad reviews you will be pleasantly surprised its a lovely hotel and like I said spotless. Will review again after our stay

Stayed 4 nights never had beds changed or floors cleaned. Paid for deluxe room but coffee/tea/milk never filled up after 1st day.. had to ask numerous times for toilet roll. Stayed half board had 1 breakfast which was cold and tasteless .. 1 dinner only thing we could find that looked ok was pizza.. everyone we spoke to was complaining about the food .. JET2 need to visit and stay themselves then sort it out or remove it from their books !!!!
