Tiara Beach - All Inclusive

Ik zit hier nu 4 dagen. En het is echt een kindvriendelijke hotel. Kamer netjes. Kinder animatie vrijwel elke avond het zelfde. Mooi zwembad en glijbanen. Eten is goed. Divers. Elke dag wordt de kamer schoongemaakt. Fine WiFi. Nearby beach.

Avoid if your English! id firstly like to start with saying that the cleaners were great for me but on the other hand everything else was atrocious the staff are so rude they struggle to understand you so good luck having a conversation with them personally I think the food is grim threw up after every bit of food and that’s no exaggeration.cut my foot twice on the bottom of the pool my little brother has made a mosaic out of all the tiles come out of the pool yeh so overall definitely wouldn’t recommend and the locals are just so rude 👍

Here just now, nothing really to add to other reviews, enjoying my stay,as are my family, however, the persistent loud, club/disco style music around pool and terrace bar, is a pain! Just wish someone would realise we are not in a nightclub, change the music, and more importantly TURN IT DOWN! we are here to relax, and it is too loud, day and night,even from our rooms!

We stayed at the Tiara Beach for a week in August. It’s a large hotel with a lot of rooms but it never feels over crowded, you can always get a table in the restaurant and the bar . There’s never huge queues and you can easily get a sun bed. The lobby is huge with lots of seating, there’s a bar and a shop (expensive but convenient) plus reception. Reception is manned all day staff are friendly and helpful. Theres a porter to help with bags. We arrived at 11pm and there was food and drink available in the restaurant for us (breads, meats , salad etc) There’s another indoor seating area adjacent to the lobby which has tea/coffee facilities, a selection of reading materials and a small stage which entertainment team use sometimes for activities with children. There is a spa which we didn’t use and an indoor pool which we never saw anyone in. We tried it once it was very cold. There’s a small games area on the basement with pool tables, fuse ball and a couple of machines. There is one restaurant which is large with indoor and outdoor seating. Breakfast is 7-10 with continental only 10-11. Lunch is 12-230 and dinner is 6-930. We were given a time slot for the evening 6-730, presumably due to time of year. This was fine but with young kids I wouldn’t have wanted the later sitting. Breakfast is full English, cereals, toast, fruit, yoghurt, cheeses and meats, there’s also a pancake and omlette station made to order. Juices, hot drinks, soft drinks, beer and wine are on tap all day. Lunch and dinner are similar, there meats, cheeses, salads, breads, pasta, rice, chips and pizza are out every day. There’s 15 hot trays usually some chicken, pork, veal, fish , potatoes and veg. The hot items change for each meal. Some evenings there’s sushi. There’s an ice cream station (gets messy due to kids) cakes and fruit. Food is tasty but it does feel repetitive after a couple of days .staff are very quick and restaurant is clean. But I felt kitchen staff should have to change their gloves if moving from one station to another (ie meats to veg) which they didn’t. There’s two bars, staff are pleasant and quick with service. There’s beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks, hot drinks and ice lollies that are available all day. There are cocktails which are extremely sweet. Alcohol is decent but not strong. The pool is large and there’s lots of Sun beds, people put towels down from 9ish but you can get beds at anytime of day. There’s cushions on the beds that are very comfortable but do get stained (drinks /ice cream) so are not always pleasant to use. Pool area is very clean. There is a small park next to the pool. There’s a separate area with slides and a few sun beds Thats open 10-2 and 4-8. Slides are fun and there’s a lifeguard at all times. Next to slides is a snack bar that’s open 230-6 and does burgers, chips, pizza and waffles. There’s lots of entertainment, during the day the team do pool side games (kids and adults) and water based games. In the evening

Hotel was fine, reception staff were okay, cleaning lady was amazing very friendly hard working we stayed on the fifth floor mid to end of July with our daughter. Dinner room staff worked very hard to keep the food filled up always had smiles on their face and very welcoming. Bar staff /pool bar staff Where do I start very poor let the hotel down big time every time we've gone away we've always given tips to the bar staff apart from this year so that must be saying something. They never smiled would ignore you. Same people sat around the pool bar all day almost no room to be served very rude. The lady and gentlemen that worked in the shop were both lovely and friendly. Bulgaria was always somewhere my partner always wanted to try not sure if we'll go back to this part again.

Hotel as a whole is brilliant Rooms are lovely food was great and I'm fussy plenty of sunbeds no need to rush Location was good short walks beach fantastic the only things I can fault is the outside bar is to small for the size of the hotel especially when people are sitting around it hard to get a drink unless you jump up at them the bridge across the pool is very steep and entertainment was rubbish some staff are rude
