Tiara Beach - All Inclusive

We have just come back from a week here and we had such a lovely week. The hotel is lovely and the pool area is beautiful. We were a party of 12 with 7 adults and 5 children. We were always able to find sun beds together and they are really comfy. I was worried reading reviews before we arrived but have to say we had a lovely week. We always found something to eat and used the snack bar too. We ventured out some nights for a walk and plenty to do close by. The rooms are a little dated but very comfortable. Friendly staff always talking to our little one. Slides great for the children too. Activities on in the day around the pool. Lovely stay.

Hotel fantastic rooms are clean and loads of room reception staff so friendly and helpful and could not do enough for you. Food and drink fantastic travelled solo with daughter could not fault anything about the hotel. Entertainment staff Ellie and Nikos are absolutely fantastic and made my daughters holiday. Thanks ever so much to the Tiara staff if coming back. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

Where do i start, the place arou d the hotel looks like a warzone, you have to walk around 20-30 mins to get ant food there are supermarkets. But this is tge last time i visit. bulgeria in an all inclusive, The food is absolutely disgusting seriously the cheapest processed food you can get, i understand they have to keep there costs down but omg the breakfast are nothing but atrocious everything was to be honest the snack bar vile. Same stuff consistently pork, pork, pork. I stayed at Evrika on sunny beach last year and the food was 100x better. Never had hardly any drinks as again cheap and nasty. Cant believe i paid 800 for this, i do understand i got my pants pulled down and on the subject of pants make sure you wear some adult pull ups as there is a chance of a negligent discharge in your undies. My aircon didn't work so i did raise the question only to be told we will try sort it tomorrow, went down the next day only to be told can't you just leave your balcony door open. Couldn't be bothered complaining any more, but if i book a hotel i expect it to have air con, plus 2 single bed next to each other kept falling down the middle. Yeah am done now as soon as i clocked the food i wanted to go home on day 3. How can people say the food is good come on. Seriously am not aware of different cultures on their eating habits but if your English you will detest the food. Forgot me sliders so had to buy a pair please dont make this mistake they will cut your feet like Edward scissor hands has give you a pedicure. Some staff are nice pool looks decent beach 10min walk. Am done with Bulgeria

Hotel is lovely, cant fault rooms, pool area is lovely and the beach behind hotel dunes is lovely. Negatives.........the restaurant completely lets down this hotel. Stone cold food. Hot food that is so cold it definitely will not pass temperature checks and breeding ground for bacteria and ecoli! Reported to Jet2 rep . Food and beverage manager and 4 other staff no one had clue how to use the microwave to heat up food. Fizzy drinks machines drinks completely flat...no fizz whatsoever. Told staff..shiulders shrugged and ignored. Hot drinks machines in restaurant water does not boil properly so drinks are warm not boiling hot. Most supposed clean glasses for drinks if you look are filthy not been washed properly still dirty. Knives forks on tables, everday most were not clean if you look closely. Meanwhile staff just stood around doing nothing most of time. Food and beverage manager needs kick up backside to get this restaurant running correctly and the food piping hot as it should be. If it this bad early May i dread to think how bad it is in july/August. Bear in mind also the ***** in Sunny beach most if it is is closed, nothing open early May not even supermarkets, as well as week im here excursions are not running yet either. Nightmare to get milk for tea and coffee. Why have tea and coffee in rooms but no milk? Bar wont give you any. Its an all inclusive hotel for god sake, just keep giving you cocktail menu....no use if you are unable to drink alcohol!!!! Ive worked in travel for last 25 years so im.not just a moaner and im very well travelled living in hotels working with tourists for most of the time but in this day and age food hygene should be a priority especially in 4* hotels.

got some susages on my first morning they was uncooked and made me feel very ill on my 4th day we went to dinner and they was serving moldy bread and the staff was extremely rude when my girlfriend tried to voice out concerns laughing at her and this made her have a panic attack infront of them and non of them even asked if she was okay, we have pictures of both of the foods for proof this is absolutely terrible customer service they tried to tell us that the mold was butter when it’s clearly mold I would not recommend getting food from hear and they need to sort out there staff mainly the food staff as they was the rudest of them all was sat staring at us trying to eat and was speaking about us in there own language then told us to come over because I told them to stop looking at us cus this made us feel really uncomfortable and then proceeded to go and try get another member of staff onto us as we was leaving I think this is very rude
