Tiara Beach - All Inclusive

Hotel is lovely, cant fault rooms, pool area is lovely and the beach behind hotel dunes is lovely. Negatives.........the restaurant completely lets down this hotel. Stone cold food. Hot food that is so cold it definitely will not pass temperature checks and breeding ground for bacteria and ecoli! Reported to Jet2 rep . Food and beverage manager and 4 other staff no one had clue how to use the microwave to heat up food. Fizzy drinks machines drinks completely flat...no fizz whatsoever. Told staff..shiulders shrugged and ignored. Hot drinks machines in restaurant water does not boil properly so drinks are warm not boiling hot. Most supposed clean glasses for drinks if you look are filthy not been washed properly still dirty. Knives forks on tables, everday most were not clean if you look closely. Meanwhile staff just stood around doing nothing most of time. Food and beverage manager needs kick up backside to get this restaurant running correctly and the food piping hot as it should be. If it this bad early May i dread to think how bad it is in july/August. Bear in mind also the ***** in Sunny beach most if it is is closed, nothing open early May not even supermarkets, as well as week im here excursions are not running yet either. Nightmare to get milk for tea and coffee. Why have tea and coffee in rooms but no milk? Bar wont give you any. Its an all inclusive hotel for god sake, just keep giving you cocktail menu....no use if you are unable to drink alcohol!!!! Ive worked in travel for last 25 years so im.not just a moaner and im very well travelled living in hotels working with tourists for most of the time but in this day and age food hygene should be a priority especially in 4* hotels.

got some susages on my first morning they was uncooked and made me feel very ill on my 4th day we went to dinner and they was serving moldy bread and the staff was extremely rude when my girlfriend tried to voice out concerns laughing at her and this made her have a panic attack infront of them and non of them even asked if she was okay, we have pictures of both of the foods for proof this is absolutely terrible customer service they tried to tell us that the mold was butter when it’s clearly mold I would not recommend getting food from hear and they need to sort out there staff mainly the food staff as they was the rudest of them all was sat staring at us trying to eat and was speaking about us in there own language then told us to come over because I told them to stop looking at us cus this made us feel really uncomfortable and then proceeded to go and try get another member of staff onto us as we was leaving I think this is very rude

We were moved into this hotel at late notice and it was the worst possible move. When we arrived we were presented with a brown paper bag that contained some stale bread, some salami and some bottled water, the food was inedible! We checked into our room and went straight to bed after a long delay. We went to breakfast on first morning and the food on display was off the worst quality I could imagine, I ate porridge for the entire holiday! Lunch and Dinner were no better, tough cold meat (mostly pork) so tasteless that we ate out every night which considering we were all inclusive we weren't expecting to do. The surrounding area was derelict, most either closed for season or closed for a long time! I have mobility issues so to be so far away from the resort centre made us feel very isolated. There was supposed to be a shuttle bus from the hotel that could take us to Sunny Beach but we were advised this had stopped the week before we arrived so we had to pay for private taxis too and from the centre twice daily. The pool was dirty and in the time we were there I didn't see it cleaned properly, I could see dirt on pool floor from the balcony. To make things worse, after a few days the hotel then started collecting the sunbeds and the parasols to be stored away! I understand we visited towards the end of the season but this hotel was in no state to receive guests. The staff were mostly unfriendly and unhelpful, one told us they were having a party as soon as us and the other current guests left. There was absolutely no night time entertainment and very little daytime, felt sorry for the couple of kids that were there. On the last night we were actually denied shorts from the bar (the staff appeared to be saving it for their end of season party). Small shout out to Sabina the cleaner who cleaned our room daily and kept us in clean towels, bed made etc. In summary, the standards at this hotel are way below anything I have experienced. How they are claiming it is 4 star I cannot understand, I would not return here if it was free!

Hotel ok , food not good , needed Music or entertainment in the bar met some lovely people especially the gentleman we named tattoos , would like you to get in touch want your book of poetry f/b Susan Campbell leek staffs send friend request if you read this .

Never again nothing to do no music or evening entertainment not even any background music. Miserable Bar Men the two males in particular were so miserable and clearly disliked the guests asking for a drink which is what we actually paid for. Although the Hotel was practically empty look at the view from my balcony attached I would never set foot in or near this hotel or resort again.

Lovely clean hotel and most of the staff are pleasant. However the food is disgusting. Everything is luke warm covered in grease and herbs and full garlic. It is really haed to find something decent, even the salads are swimming in oil. Almost everyone are complaining and quite a few have been ill.
