Grand Hotel Sunny Beach - All Inclusive

We had an excellent stay at the hotel and couldn’t be happier with the service. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere of the hotel made our trip truly enjoyable. What stood out the most, however, was the outstanding hospitality of the receptionist, Daniel. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and his professionalism combined with genuine kindness really made a difference in our experience.

The hotel is nothing but a scam and rudeness: “all inclusive” only on the sign, but in reality it’s dirt, extra charges, and constant conflicts with the staff.

Pokoje ładne z klimatyzacja, minus za brak uzupełniania wody butelkowanej, trzeba sobie samemu ogarniać. Hotel posiada 12 pięter z czego są tylko dwie małe windy na które często trzeba sobie poczekać żeby zjechały na twoje piętro. Stołówka również mała w stosunku do obłożenia hotelu. Zdarza się że jest długa kolejka aż do drzwi żeby móc sobie coś nałożyć. Jedzenie w porządku, wszystko smaczne. Obsługa hotelu sprawia wrażenie jakby pracowała za karę. Trochę nie miłe pierwsze wrażenie bo przylatując o 7 rano musieliśmy się bujać na walizkach do 15 bez opasek i nie mogliśmy już korzystać np z posiłków. Pierwszy raz spotkaliśmy się z takim problemem. Rozumieliśmy że pokoje dostępne będą dopiero o 15 ale nie wydanie opasek żeby móc sobie zjeść już posiłek za który się zapłaciło było słabe. Nie wiem czy by zbiednieli od tego jednego posiłku który byśmy sobie nałożyli czy co. Basen na zdjęciach wydawał się większy. Jest malutki i płytki do 1,4m max. Walka o leżaki od rana jak zwykle a dostępność ich też ograniczona jak na cały hotel. Plus blisko plaży ale leżaki i parasol płatne od 5 lv za jeden. Życie umiera w hotelu wraz z zamknięciem baru o 22. Żadna muzyka nie jest przy basenie puszczana. Animacji brak, chodzi jedna animatorka która też nie wie za bardzo co ze sobą ma zrobić. Animacja hotelu jest wystawienie w lobby wieczorem starszego pana który puszcza stare kawalki i wyje do mikrofonu. Ogólnie wrażenie średnie i pobyt też. Drugi raz napewno nie wybrałabym tego hotelu.

The hotel its self was pretty basic and definitely not worth the price it was . The food was ok for myself but they didn’t have much choice for kids . The choice overall was very small compared to other all inclusive resorts I have been too. The food was set times which wasn’t great as there wasn’t food available all day and it all closed by 8pm. You will be fined if you take any food or drink to your room so my son hardly ate all week as he didn’t want to come down due to anxiety and the small dining area. I personally don’t think that is fair as long as people are respectful as you have paid upfront but being fined £25 is just not ok . The staff were very polite but the other people staying at the hotel were very rude , removing out towel from the loungers when we were. In the pool and taking our spaces. Pushing in the line for food . Staring and pushing past and no apologies . Almost like they think they are much better than you . I had words with 2 people as they were so rude . The room was tiny and you couldn’t even open the balcony door properly due to abed being in the way and in an alcove . Rooms were not kept well seeing as they had apparently been recently refurbished , our room was slanted and felt like you were falling slightly. The maid was lovely and friendly but the room was not that clean. On our last day we had to leave the room at 11am even though we were not being picked up until 9.30pm. To stay in the room an extra hour was 100lv so around £40-50 which I wasn’t paying and we couldn’t use the facilities and eat or drink after lunch so we didn’t even get a full week of all inclusive it was 6 days as had to go out and buy food and drink on our last day . The hotel did not advise you of pick up times or help with transfers at all and it wasn’t posted in the hotel anywhere so you had to figure that out yourself . On the last day at 11 the room key got take and you then can’t get in and out the back gate all day as you need the key . This was extremly frustrating as it was a little walk to get to the shops rather than just walking through the gate and being straight there . The WiFi in the room was pointless and you get given a tv remote but the WiFi doesn’t work so you can’t even use it. Overall pretty disappointed and I wouldn’t return to this hotel. The area outside the hotel was busy and I found it to be ok , lots of shops and bars . In the photos it does make it look like the beach is part of the hotel but it isn’t and you have to pay for sun beds. The Swimming pool is tiny and always freezing even in 30 degree heat and not that clean had lots of bits floating around and cups people had thrown on the floor. Lifeguard is guessing he was, well I wouldn’t say they were well trained in first aid as there was an incident in the pool and he was serving drinks at the bar and the child is walking around with blood all over his face . The hotel was far below our expectations. It's definitely not in a 4* hotel level. Food quality was poor. The hotel is all inclusive, so the dining room was crowded and noisy, like a workers' dining room in a big factory. The swimming pool is very tiny, and they don't supply pool towels. The room: the shower has no curtain or partition, so the water floods the room. They don't fill up shampoo bottles if they are empty. On check-in, they give you a TV remote and an AC remote, and they ask you to return then on check-out, like many hotels used to do some 30 years ago. They also have some strange "rules" in the hotel, like: You are not allowed to take food or drinks to your room, you are not allowed to move furniture in the room, and they have "damage price list"… Very odd. On the other hand, its location is very good, on the promenade, 2 minutes' walk to the beach, and the service was very good.

Мы приехали на своей машине и дорога была нормальная, ехали из Кишинёва , оч понравилось море , пляж и развлекательные места, отдых в отеле был отличный, еда все включено, прекрасный сервис и персонал, спасибо большое!!! Мы к вам еще Вернемся!!!
