Lovely Home! Paradise at Sunny Isles Beach! 2BD/2BTH Ocean View Beach Condo.

Pleasant and relaxing The apartment was very well furnished and taken care of. The owner of the apartment was extremely helpful and checked in a couple of times to make sure all was well. They had a couple different coffee makers such as a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. The pantry was filled with leftover unexpired food and spices. There was a whole array of beach items such as chairs, a wagon, beach towels, et cetera. There was some building maintenance underway that added to some inconveniences but nothing worth complaining about. Check-in was a little challenging since the building maintenance caused the check-in procedures to be a bit off. We had to enter and park in a different area than the instructions directed. At the front desk, we were issued paper bracelets like those from an amusement park and were instructed by the receptionist that we were to wear them at all times while at the property. Sitting on the balcony in the morning watching the sunrise over the water while sipping on coffee was quite pacific and relaxing. The building had a convenience store located on the ground floor which was pretty well stocked. The location was calm in that it was not filled with college-aged spring breakers but rather with families. Parking was convenient, though the parking garage was being repaired in places. We were able to easily walk to many restaurants and a nearby grocery store. The area is a very culturally diverse area with people of many backgrounds and languages.

Nice Stay at Sunny Isles We had a very nice stay at Sunny Isles in this condo. The unit was very clean, well provisioned, and everything worked. The listing was accurate.We enjoyed the beach, played tennis, enjoyed the pool - it is a really nice place.

Beach and Relaxation This property was relaxing and convenient! Steps from the beach and all the comforts you could ask for. I would recommend anyone looking for a great location away from the crowds to let the stress melt off! Our host was thoughtful of anticipating our needs from beginning to end! Thank you Stan!

Fantastic Family Spring Break Stay! We loved our stay at this rental. We drove 11 hours and didn’t want to pack too much extra. We were so happy that the condo came equipped with a wagon, boogie boards, a roller cooler, backpack cooler, towels, and more! The walk to the beach was short and easy. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The host was SUPER responsive. This was a great family getaway! We were very happy!
