Beachside Resort Panama City Beach

The room we had was nasty. The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. It was full of sand and the tile floor hadn’t been scrubbed in a long time. The tile was slippery like it had sunscreen on it. The room was very humid. The chair they had in the room was filthy and when wiped off, it was like there was slim on it. The TV remote was also very dirty. For the price we paid, it was NOT worth the money.

I was extremely disappointed with this so-called 'beachside resort.' The facility is outdated and in desperate need of renovation. The fridges in the rooms were rusted, the elevators were run-down, rusty, and had a foul smell—I couldn’t stand it beyond one night. The only positive was that I managed to get a refund and immediately booked another hotel. Even the bar, grill, and restaurant were closed due to water damage. Honestly, this place should shut down entirely for proper renovations. Terrible experience—do not recommend!

I booked property for a birthday and the general manager Alex Manafi canceled the reservation because I place 1 guest for a room that sleeps 4 , which was the same price because I checked them when I reach out I spoke with a rep who had no superior at work with her. The cancellation wasn’t communicated before cancellation n this is less than 24hrs before I’m supposed to travel then I’m being told I have to wait 7-10 days before I’m able to get a refund

This place is on the quiet end of town. But close enough to get to everything. Its an older building, but its clean. Right on the beach and its got gorgeous views of the Gulf of America! Pool and hot tub are clean. Its the staff in the resort and the Bar that make it awesome though! The housekeepers and front desk were friendly and helpful. Our Bartenders, Harmony and Melissa, were great! Kept our glasses ful and even let us request some of our favorite songs to play. They were super sweet! We will definitly come back here next spring break!

This was our first time staying here, for 2 nights. Outside: Location is nice if you want to be away from all the noise, but you will need to drive to restaurants, shopping, etc. The landscaping, including the pool area, is beautiful. It’s the nicest pool we’ve seen in PCB, and the water was warm! The hot tub was only working one day. There is a large smoking area with adequate seating but NO shelter from the sun or rain. It is located on the easternmost end of the building. There are plenty of signs saying “Smoking in designated area only” but no directions to the designated area. The concrete walkways need some work. One of the two elevators worked, and it looked like some renovation had been started inside but not finished. It was not attractive. Inside: We stayed in a unit with a separate room, so it had two queen beds, which were comfortable and had nice sheets. The wood furniture needs to be updated. The carpet was dirty. The balcony view was beautiful. About the bathroom - it is situated between the rooms, and the doorways are narrow. It had all the necessities but was extremely small. There is no tub. There is one grab bar mounted by the toilet. If you’re a big person, you WILL NOT FIT on the toilet or in the shower! The shower is no bigger than 30”x30”. It has a shower curtain rather than a door, and there is no overhead light in the shower. It is very dark in there, so you cannot read which bottle is shampoo, conditioner or body wash. (They are mounted to the wall.) I felt unsafe in there. The towels were thin and rough. Staff was very nice and helpful. This could be a really nice “resort” if the owner would do some renovations inside. I don’t know what could be done about the bathroom in this type of room though. There’s just no space for a bigger shower or toilet area. Lighting in the shower is a necessity for safety.

Other than the location, the resort was in need of serious updates. Everything needs to be cleaned and painted. The walls were nasty including the elevators. When we arrived, they sent us to three different rooms that were not cleaned before finally finding a room that was ready. The main issue was just the cleanliness of the entire property.
