Outstanding view BUT Wish our room had better ventilation and AC didn’t work. The front desk says is doesn’t go below 67 so I think the thermostat or fans needed calibration because it felt like 80 and muggy all night. Poor air quality and very stuffy and couldn’t sleep. Had to crack the 1 window without a screen for fresh air. We paid a high price for the king resort room 201, at minimum the air quality and flow should be addressed for the room that size. Either/ more open windows with screens, new filter/hvac fan/thermo check. The hallway and the rest of the building had good air flow. Other con: need more pillows and needs clean bedding. Positive: inroom jetted spa tub, excellent view, loved the balcony.

The resort was beautiful. We only had a couple nights. We were in town for a family wedding, but I really enjoyed the views. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious for the money

Thank you to Gina and Taya. Both wonderful . But an extra special Thank you to Mellissa who truely made our anniversary celebration as well as a couple other things we are celebrating. We were treated like VIP'S and felt like we had won before even playing. Thank you Mellissa more than you know. The views in this resort are awesome! This time I was pleased with my reservation experience. Folks don't know a tower from a resort over the phone! Get a resort room, it is worth it! Sit on your balcony and enjoy morning coffee or sunset cocktails, while soaking in the calm ambience. I was able to enjoy the pool this time, and it was divine! The pool is small, but cleverly landscaped so that it is clear where the water gets deeper. I appreciate the 0 entry, as I have "old athlete" knees and ankles. I have always been impressed with the art. The food and the service was excellent. A big plus - Smoke free!! The only reason I give it a four, is because I never win here.

Nice location as always. NO RESTAURANTS available for dinner on night we arrived. Not a nice surprise for a "resort". Only drinks availoable in the ****** itself - a LONG walk away. No bellmen. no doormen. Waterfront area over run with children. This property has slid a long ways since our last visit

Absolutely awful! Me and a few friends decided to celebrate my birthday here in one of the suites. Everything was fine and dandy until the next day when I see they had charged me an extra $343 for "damaged linens." First off, a ridiculous amount of money for some rags and towels. Second, they charged $250 for a blanket that "supposedly" had ink on the blanket. They didn't give me any proof of this and weren't even sure it was ink. To preface this, we had zero pens or anything ink related in our room the night we stayed. I haven't had issues with this place in the past but this is by far the worst experience and to not be notified or even have a courtesy e-mail to tell me I'm being charged more for some linens that are outrageously priced is messed up and unprofessional. Never staying here again and I warn you if you stay here, don't go using the towels cause they will find a way to charge an arm and a leg for the most ridiculous things.
