What impressed us most was his calm and cheerful personality* *There was never a sign of stress—only a warm smile and a welcoming attitude*. *The way he communicates with his team is equally admirable.* *Regardless of the employee’s position or grade, there is always warmth, dignity, and sweetness in his conversations. "Property is located very near to both the railway station and the diamond market. There is no restaurant within the hotel, so no breakfast or quick Tea if you want. Rooms sizes are good and other services was decent. Did not interacted with the staff much but they were all polite."
