Downstairs area with BBQ Pit, large table for 10, outside shower, and descent size yard. Also view of Swan Lake on Bay side with Crab Pier for crabbing.
Bring Beach towels, chairs, sunscreen and be ready for a good time.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:PLEASE-when coming back from the beach either use the outdoor shower to rinse off feet and/or take shoes off in the front entryway, thanks.Please avoid using self tanning products before coming..
