It is the one of the nicest section of beautiful Surfside Beach, South Carolina! We would love to share it with you! Updates are done often! Our smoke-free condominium is located on the first floor of a condominium complex with OCEANFRONT POOL. We have high speed wireless internet available for those of you who just can't leave your e-mail! Sorry, but we cannot allow pets or student groups. Fresh & clean condo! Your week will not only be fun, but updated as well. It is important to stay in a condominium that makes you feel good. Vacations are suppose be to be nice. Accommodations: Master bedroom - King bed Second bedroom - Queen bed new Third bedroom - Bunk Bed (NewDouble Bed, Single Bed) Living room - Full sofa bed **Please note that the third bedroom is small, but it is perfect for children! Towels & sheets are included for the # of guest when you book the condo. I do not charge for linens & towels for the number of people you say you have when you book. Outdoor chairs and umbrellas are in outside storage for you! I start the season with 9 chairs! We rent Saturday to Saturday only during the summer months and require a three-night minimum during the off season. VRBO and owner are not responsible for travelers choice of insurance. The $59. insurance is for damage/breakage in condo. Payments can be made thru VRBO .
