"The service was good, but around 6 AM, I saw in the hotel lobby that the room I booked was over 200 yuan more expensive than the listed price. I was in a rush and left early, so I didn't have time to take pictures. Was the price higher on Ctrip or was the hotel cheaper offline? We usually go to Ji Hotel or Atour for business trips, as our group's travel expenses are a major part of our budget, but this experience was a bit awkward. I charged my phone all night, but when I checked it the next day, it wasn't charged at all, and the power outlet was broken. The air conditioner buttons didn't display numbers; my dad had to press them a few times to get it working. The other room we booked didn't have shampoo. Don't they check hotel standards? The hotel towels and bath towels were yellowed and should have been replaced... Is this the quality of Ji Hotel? Shouldn't they give us an explanation?"

"تم فتح هيلتون كنز القدس بنجاح ، ومفتاح فندق القدس للصلاة سيتي 👍 ديكورات غاية في الراحه ، اهتمام بالخدمة الإنسانيه في كل مكان التفاصيل ! الصورة الثانية مرفقة احدى مناشف الحمام معلقة مباشرة باب الحمام يفتح على الباب لاتلمس يدك ، هذا شيء من افضل الفنادق ذات الماركات العالمية التي سكنتها خلال سنوات طويلة في رحلة سياحية ذاتية ، لايوجد اي من الاشياء 👍👍👍👍👍👍 العديد من الانسه 💁💁💁💁💁 هى افضل الانسه تمر من خلال التسريحه الخدمه طرازها👍 خصوصآ الاخ دوده اللى فى الاستقبال مقيم بالمره ووجهه العين الكبيره فى التعامل تعبيرا عن الكلام ووديا جدا اتمنى من الفندق زيادة التطوير فى هذا النوع من الطبيعه الخدمه لدى الموظفين جود ف الخدمات جيد جدا لجودة الفندق ايضا ابرز الافضل 👍 When I was going, also specially greeted with her in the lobby tea room, very good girl Oh! الفندق يوجد به مواقف سيارات ضخمة وأسعار الشحن أيضاً هي الأدنى منذ قيادة السيارة (أكثر من 9毛 ) إضافة إلى أن تكاليف العشاء مرتفعة بشكل مدهش ، إلكترونياً مقبض الشحن ، أصوات تصريف الحمام كانت ضيقة نوعاً ما .. ههههههه أول مرة كانت مخيفة نوعاً ما 😏 خلاصة لا تستفز ! المرة القادمة تعالوا لتقطوا الشعر 😄"
