Nice hotel to stay, in on the center in Sutton very easy by walk to going. Have a park to pay but very cheap price

This hotel does not provide toiletries, toothbrushes, and slippers. This hotel has unknown body hair on the sheets, which makes me feel very sick. But these body hairs don't belong to us. I really don't recommend you to stay. And this hotel is far from central London🥲

Highly recommended. Exceeding expectation. Room was clean and bed is super comfy. Walk on the high street there are plenty choices of food. Train station to central London is a pleasant short walk.

Had a lovely stay, very accommodating for my needs being elderly. Very helpful on reception and polite. Rooms very clean, plenty of pillows and very comfortable beds. I am going again next week.

Normally, I would expect a very good stay from a Premier Inn, but this wasn't the case on this occasion. The room was nice and clean and had everything you would expect from a Premier Inn. However, the soundproofing wasn't good and there was a lot of banging and thumping heard from inside the room. One night, there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the hallway, which we reported to staff. We returned later in the day, but the smell was still there. Breakfast was very poor, with food items constantly running out, with staff very slow to replenish. The staff seemed more interested in chatting to each other, or using their phones, rather than running a good Breakfast service. Sometimes they were even helping themselves to food, instead of replenishing stick and clearing tables. Wouldn't be in a rush to return to this Premier Inn, as they are normally much better than this one.
