It small but very clean. Best of all the room very beautiful and the mattress is firm. They have all ladies floor. I would love to know the mattress brand that you used. For the first time I don’t have painful back pain. Thank you

The bed is good. The cleanliness is perfect. I have rhinitis, so if the cleaning is not good, my nose gets blocked, but here I slept well with my nose unclogged. The room is spacious. I couldn't help but think, ”Is this much space worth this price?” There were some cons, such as there being no bathtub, the hotel facilities were lacking, there were steps when getting on and off the elevator, and there was a lot of noise from the next room, and people talking in the hallway could be heard, but it's not bad.

The value for money is great! Really nice location, just a few mins to all the shops and restaurants, staff were great! Only downside is that there isn’t a nice view from the window, but that’s to be expected in that area..

Nice hotel. The staff are helpful and friendly and the facilities are clean. The pool area is also nice but be careful in bad weather. The breakfast is standard for the price but had a reasonable variety.

Quite a distance to walk from the nearest subway station, and the road there was not the smoothest...with many constructions ongoing. But the room was quite big. Toiletries, one floor towel, one standard sized bath towel, and four smaller bath towels were provided.

The location is very good, next to a big shopping mall, and there is a subway station outside, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The room is not big, there is sunshine, and there is a railway behind it. Trains pass occasionally, and the hotel breakfast can also be very rich.

Everything from the hotel is great including; staff, housekeeping, wifi, water system, location. I just find it hard to squeeze liquid out of soap, shampoo bottle tho😅 One thing that disturb my stay is that, those AHJUMMAS were so loud in the hall way, late at night and super early in the morning and sometimes were on the phone in front of my room. I can hear them clearly. Other than that, I would stay here again .. love it!!

Very well equiped well with all the neccessity provided. There is a convenience store right beside the hotel. Only setback is the room size is pretty small. However staffs and receptionist were extremely friendly.

The receptionist had a lovely smile. The room was very clean and had plenty of amenities. The TV was large, but it was a little difficult to watch because there was no Japanese option. The bed was large and very comfortable. There were convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby, so I had no trouble finding food. It was close to the station and the streetscape had a Korean feel to it. I would definitely use it again.
