Suwon Yeongtong-gu Hotels

This is the best value hotel I've ever been to. It's so clean and has two queen-sized beds, so it's enough for 4 people to sleep together. The room size is twice that of a regular hotel. The water pressure is also really strong, and they give you 4 bottles of water. However, the fact that there's no bidet in the bathroom seems a bit out of place for a hotel. The faucet is also American standard, so I wonder why there's no bidet. Oh, and there's a lot of thumping noise from the upper floor, so if you're sensitive, please take note. Still, this is the best hotel you can find in this price range.

Kim , Dain(김다인)  who is front receptionist  was very kind . She made us very comfortable  during staying there. She's a  excellent  receptionist. And breakfast was so delicious. Chef was very  nice man.   We were very happy to stay there. Thank you hotel symphony.

I had issues with the room’s air quality and lack of adequate temperature control during my recent stay. The room was only equipped with a heating system in winter, making the air feel stuffy and uncomfortable, especially at night. Unfortunately, there was no fan or air conditioning available to help with the situation. Additionally, the room service was subpar, with meals arriving cold and dry.

I have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasn’t able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.

房間可以，超出預期。乾淨整齊。雖然房間空間不大，但是該有的都有了，出差在外很是方便。不錯的選擇。值得推薦

The owner was a very nice person who was kind and sincere. I think he upgraded the room to a higher grade because he lived in Japan, and the Japanese were doing well. I was lucky too. The room was large and clean, and the cospa was good with microwave oven and refrigerator. However, I was quite confused at first as a self-check-in person who did not write self-check-in in the outline of the hotel. Also, there was a used toothpaste in the room, but I thought it was not hygienic.

Convenient parking lot and very accessible to the city. There is a soft meal but I could see that it is well maintained in a well organized room. The check-in time was early, so it was convenient to leave your luggage and look around. Close to a large mart and close to the subway, it is a good value for money hotel in many ways. However, it was a little unfortunate that the hot water temperature was not enough. I'm going well.
