"Beautiful hotel located overlooking the lake. Room size was generous and room was clean. We booked a room meant for triple sharing. After requesting for extra bed for adult, no additional water and toiletries were provided. Also, the shower soap was not replenished and we had to request for it to be topped up. Same with other toiletries like hand soap, shampoo and conditioner which were only filled one eighth of the bottles. It's not what I would have expected from a 5-star hotel."

"We had a perfect stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou! The suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable, consisting of two connected rooms. One room featured a king-size bed, a large living room, and a luxurious bathroom with a huge bathtub. The second room had two single beds, which was perfect for our two adult children. The layout was very thoughtful, with two separate bathrooms and toilets, plus an additional guest toilet in the living room. With four of us staying together, we never had to wait for the bathroom — a huge convenience! The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning, featuring beautiful gardens, traditional architecture, and a pagoda, making it feel like a scenic attraction in itself. As a special bonus, the hotel provided a complimentary 60-minute Hanfu experience, allowing us to take wonderful photos around the property. Honestly, the hotel is so beautiful that you could easily spend a day exploring the grounds without leaving. Another thoughtful touch was that each room was provided with an entire carton of bottled mineral water, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, an exceptional stay with spacious accommodations, beautiful surroundings, and excellent hospitality. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Suzhou!"

"This stay far exceeded my expectations; I have to give the hotel a perfect score! The location is excellent, right next to Pingjiang Road, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding food. The front desk staff were gentle and enthusiastic. The young lady, Xiao Xia, checked us in very quickly and even proactively offered information about nearby attractions. She was patient and meticulous throughout, making the experience fantastic. The room was very clean and located inside the hotel, away from the street, so it was incredibly quiet at night – I slept soundly until morning. The window offered ample natural light, and the space was spacious and not at all cramped. The small table was perfect for tea or putting things down. The self-service breakfast had a rich variety, with pastries, fresh fruit, and drinks all available, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The room was kept very clean, and any requests made by phone were answered extremely quickly. It's right in Suzhou city center, making it easy to get to all the attractions. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Suzhou. I genuinely recommend it to all travelers!"

You can walk out onto the balcony, which feels like being on a cruise ship, with lush greenery visible below the window. Although there's a highway nearby, the soundproofing of the windows is excellent. The gym has a wide variety of equipment, and the indoor pool is decent. However, the outdoor pool is smaller than expected and was packed with kids. Breakfast is noteworthy, with delicious desserts and a wide range of ingredients. I really hope to find a five-star hotel that caters specifically to adults, offering comfort and relaxation, rather than focusing on family-friendly amenities. The hotel is within walking distance of Suzhou Center, a massive shopping mall that was overwhelming; almost every restaurant had a queue even after 8 PM, showing its immense popularity."
