Voya Beach Resort - Ultra All Inclusive

This was a wonderful week at a lovely hotel. The standards are high, everything is very clean, and the food is fantastic. There's no need to stress about getting a spot on the private beach, as it only takes 90 seconds to walk down for a swim. You'll probably want to stay close to all the great offerings around the pool area anyway. The evening atmosphere was lovely, with no annoying party noise. This is a family-friendly hotel we would love to return to.

I didn't expect everything to be so perfect. Delicious and varied food, clean everywhere. The entertainment program was amazing, during our vacation we were looking forward to the water gymnastics and evening shows. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had the best time! The staff was super friendly and kind, the entertainment was great, (especially the live music and pool party), and the food was incredible! As someone who is gluten free there were so many options that it was hard to choose what to have each meal. I love that you have the choice between the general pool area, the beach, and the adult pool where it’s quieter!

Second visit to this wonderful hotel, even improved from first visit. Love the addition of the adults pool, nice peaceful space for us oldies. Any chance of a small area for adults only dining too please? Beach area had also improved, easier access and refreshment facilities. The food choice is excellent, never seen so much choice and quality on All Inclusive, and we have been to to lot! Overall the hotel is very professionally run, great staff in all areas, kept constantly spotlessly clean, everywhere. A great credit to the management. Comfortable rooms with great bed and excellent shower, fridge replenished daily. One tiny niggle and it would definately not stop me from returning as the hotel is great. We went for 2 weeks and requested a late checkout on our 2nd day. We were told the hotel was at capacity (which is no surprise) and we would need to check again the day before departure. We tried again the day before departure and were still unable to get a late check out, which was disappointing, There is a secure place for your cases, and you can use the showers in the spa but there is no privacy regarding the showers, they are side by side with no doors on them! All in all a wonderful experience and all being well will be booking again for next year, dont hesitate to book, you will love it.

Our stay had a mix of memorable moments and some disappointments. The room was immaculately clean, the food was delicious, and the stunning sea view from our accommodation was truly worth the extra cost. Upon arrival, the receptionist warmly welcomed us and ensured a smooth, efficient check-in after our long flight. A minor room issue—a baby cot instead of a proper bed for our teenage daughter—was resolved quickly while we enjoyed our night snack. The cleaning staff added a lovely touch with their cheerful and positive demeanor. ＞ However, we were quite let down by the entertainment program. Daytime activities around the pool felt repetitive and lacked energy, with little interaction from the animation team. The same music playlist played every day, which grew tiresome. For the price paid, we expected a more engaging and diverse entertainment experience. Additionally, we experienced uncomfortable moments with a few bartenders who behaved rudely upon learning we were from Bulgaria, which made us feel unwelcome. ＞ We would encourage the resort to consider expanding the entertainment offerings, rotating the music playlist more often, and ensuring that staff receive training in cultural sensitivity to foster a more inclusive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

The best we and my family been The all thing was fantastic, the room, food, pool, entertainment team, cleaning and on and on I already forgot:) The hotel think about the little things. Also all the team: barmen, waters, maintenance was kind and gentleman’s. We hope we will back soon :)
